Sonic Drive-In

Pulled up to order and waited 10 min at the stall after pushing the button with no response, made an online order and went to the mobile pickup and it didn't have a way to notify them except for downloading the app..so I did that and my order wouldn't transfer over so I had to wait in the drive through for another 10 min...you guys need to get it together. Ive had bad service here before but 50 cent corn dogs got me back to try it...and again I was dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this sonic at all and the owners need to figure out why this is one of the worst sonic around. I frequently go to the one in newcastle and its never like this. 20 mins for a couple corn dogs is ridiculous!

I love this sonic. The gentlemen who work here are almost always in a good mood, and they make my day better. They put love into the food. And they even cut the grilled cheeses in half a small gesture but I appreciate it regardless. The drinks are amazing as well! Of all the sonics in my area, I only go to this one due to the friendliness and care they put into my order. Thank you so much!

My daughter ordered 2 #10 She was given 2 #2. She pushed the call button, explained it in the situation, and the girl who took her order come to the car and said no honey you definitely ordered 2 #2 She took my daughters receipt, went inside, talk to the manager and come back out with the solution of my daughter buying another meal. My daughter had a panic attack because this girl was so rude. Unfortunately, or thankfully my daughter is not used to dealing with people like that. Y’all need to rethink your staff. Absolutely unacceptable.

The owner has been saying "sorry for your experience" for years. Yet nothing changes.This isn't a corporate location, you can start filing complaints with corporate and they will lose their license to operate a sonic.

Only 2 workers when arrived so service was the best they could do, food wasn't bad. Messed up 2 of the drinks but it happens.

I eat at this sonic almost every day and recently I lost my car so I had to pay for a ride to here just for my food to b burnt literally so hard u couldn't even eat it so I called and talked to Robert and he said he would replace my food whenever I could come get it so I didn't go for a few days and I paid for another ride up there to go get my food just for them to tell me that they wasn't going to replace it just because he didn't right it down when I have spent so much money there y'all can't even replace my food that y'all burnt up and I paid for a ride twice for nothing

Scary, there were employees outside yelling, and the order taker in the speaker was very rude she was taking very loud I believe with someone inside,but same time taking my order , it was just horrible experience.

This is the third time I've been to this Sonic helping each time I would have a different experience than the last. I have given up on that idea. The staff here is as rude as anywhere I have ever been. I spend at least half my time within a few blocks of this restaurant and I will never eat here again. "Queen Bee" is not the type of person you want interacting with your customers but I think that's who I've gotten every time.

I travel around for work and this has been the best sonic by far. The order is made correctly when I have changes made to my burger, staff are friendly and the service has been great!
