I haven't had sonic in over 1 year and ordered just a foot long Chili and Cheese coney with onions. Super Disappointed in the QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD AND HOW THEY PREPARED IT. As you can see in the pic there was NO chili and just onions and melted cheese, mustard, the hot dog was also cold . I do Not Recommend to eat at any SONIC . Through out the YEARS They Have gone down from Quality, food Portions, UP CHARGE FOR ANY Additional Condiments. Really Sad as they are Charging more and Serving LESS IN all Aspects of their Business! One of the Worse Oklahoma based Business . Negative 10000 stars!

My receipt said $23.79 then told me because one of the drinks we wanted to go from small to large would be an extra $2 after I gave them $25 a $20 bill and then a $5 bill then told me it would be two more dollars we got our drinks and one of them had a hole in it I asked him to replace it they only gave me back $2.81 did not offer to just make me the drink for free since they screwed it up most Sonic's are usually good about fixing the problem and not charging you this Sonic is not very incompetent workers not pleased at all I would not recommend going to this Sonic

This is the worst sonic. The tater tots are always overcooked and the hamburger patties. The burgers taste like they have no kinds of season or flavor to them. I understand teens/young adults work there but come on. At least make sure they know how to properly use a fryer.

Called to cancel a mobile drink order was spoken to rudely by someone claiming to be a manager. Who told me i could cancel it on the app. There is no way to cancel on the app. Then was hung up on when I asked her name. Thus is so unprofessional.
Ordered several items. The medium order of mozzarella sticks was overcooked as were the 2 medium orders of jalapeno peppers. No marinara sauce given for the sticks and no ranch given for the cheddar peppers. No sauce given for any of it. Ordered a medium cherry limeade and was given a dark cola but didn't notice until I dropped it off at my sister's house with a medium shake. Very dissapointing from that location, once again.

Pulled in and push the button no answer 5 minutes later nobody guy Pulled up and got taken care of still nobody so I Pulled out and she said it's broke then why is is open or put a sign up I eat here 3 times a week because the food is good had to go to mcdonald's 30 minutes left wasted at sonic. Not a fan of mcdonald's but they were quick. Might or not come back the carhop could care less kids
