Great Starbucks and amazing workers! They work really hard to make everyone happy! Sometimes misunderstandings happen and there are always two sides to a story. Clearly on here there are people who feel strongly about their side of a story.

Pretty disappointing Starbucks when you are stuck on base and it's your only option, I recommend going to either of the 2 nearby but slightly off base. Every time I have gone this week my tall pike has been served room temperature and pretty old/bitter (I've asked if they have any fresh hot coffee and they just steam their old coffee to warm it back up). My wife just came on base to visit and was served a sandwich that was still frozen. Not a huge deal, but when she gave it back and asked for it to be warmed up the employee threw it away and stated that was the last one and she'd need to order a different sandwich (rather than just warming up the still frozen one my wife had just given her, which is what she asked for).

If I could give it a zero, I would. I literally waited in there behind another customer who got ignored and wasn’t even talked to. And as I went in line 2 more people come in, and whoever was at the counter, decided to take both of them first, and acted like I was not even there, and there was another associate, making the drink let me dead in my face and said nothing to her that I was just standing there getting frustrated.

The manager is down right ignorant! I visited this location on 11/20/2023 the girl (she acted as one) took my order which there was nothing special about the experience. As I waited for my order I noticed that 7 people had come after me and were all served. I went to the barista who is now the same girl that took my order. I took her not to worry about I t making the drinks as I would like a refund. She continues to make the dri k while I wait on line to request a refund. When I get up to the cashier she yells down to the team member that the drinks are ready. I advised that I just needed a refund. She comes over to help the cashier with processing the refund. I request a receipt showing that the refund was processed but she advised that they could not give a receipt. I then requested the manager's information and she said she was the manager. I then requested her supervisor's information which she would not provide. She then tells me that she is sorry that I have an attitude. I told her that as the manager she is out of line. The girl then tells me that I need to leave or she will have me escorted out. I told her that she was immature and had mad women syndrome. She proceeded to tell me to leave, could tell she wanted to have the last word. I was able to leave a message for her supervisor and I plan to contact the Base Commanders Office as well. So tired of people thinking that they can give you any type of service. B ON B crime.

Nobody was in the store. I asked for a glass of water didn’t even mind paying for the cup just a simple glass of water, and it was overly an inconvenience for the girl extremely put out like she was doing me a favor.

Do not recommend this location. Everytime I try this Starbucks, the drinks don't taste right and the service is not very good. It is a convenient spot but not worth the money. Will never go back.
