Ordered ahead because i needed to make customizations to my drinks and find it easier to just place it on the app sometimes. After I placed the order I got in line just about one to two minutes after placing it. When we got to the speaker, the employee not only got our name wrong, but also said and I quote “it takes us about five minutes to make the order and since you just placed it, I’m gonna have you loop around the building and re-order it again“ in a very condescending, rude tone. We felt like such a bother and felt extremely inconvenienced.

Caleb, Kylie, Kai & the crew here are so nice. Watching them float around & make coffee drinks for the masses is fun to watch. The dining area is always clean and comfortable. This is the gold standard for Starbucks.

I made a mobile order but went inside to pick it up. Caleb suggested I buy a yellow cup that was maybe 5 total. Its a real pretty color changing cup and he was so nice and helpful he should get a raise. I will definitely come back

This was one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to nice and clean. And enough seating area for people to be able to sit and relax and chill and even bring a friend or two or family and just get you a coffee and sit down and enjoy each other’s company I give this place a 10 out of a tin they are amazing great customer service and to be honest I actually like my Frappuccino better at this Starbucks than the one that was on South Reno and MacArthur this one is way better!!!!!

Have been here multiple times. At least once a month, the coffees that we order taste watered down and do not have the expected taste. At first, we just drank the coffee. But, at some point, we started taking the back to be remade. We have had to have the coffees remade 4 times in the last 2 months. The most recent time was this week. When the coffee in, the manager(?), asked me what was wrong with the coffee, stating that she had recognized from previously bringing in coffees for remake. Each time, I had been asked what was wrong, and each time I had told them. This time was the last straw. I left the coffee on the counter and departed.
Will NOT go back.

A worker there named Kevin didn't want to give me a venti water he was not even willing to give me only one of them.. he needs to be talked to as those are always free. I was very dehydrated and I was looking forward to a Starbucks water.
There is this worker named kevien and i asked him for 3 venti and he did not coperate with me, surely never comeing back.

They can’t seem to keep the lobby open and so when you order on the app now you wait 20 min in the drive thru only to be handed cold dinks. Ridicules. And staff says “sorry” and just keeps going. Bad CS and drinks 2” from the top. They don’t know how to fill a cup up.
