No lobby and no hot coffee brewed! It’s a coffee shop!

Have been here multiple times. At least once a month, the coffees that we order taste watered down and do not have the expected taste. At first, we just drank the coffee. But, at some point, we started taking the back to be remade. We have had to have the coffees remade 4 times in the last 2 months. The most recent time was this week. When the coffee in, the manager(?), asked me what was wrong with the coffee, stating that she had recognized from previously bringing in coffees for remake. Each time, I had been asked what was wrong, and each time I had told them. This time was the last straw. I left the coffee on the counter and departed.

Will NOT go back.

A worker there named Kevin didn't want to give me a venti water he was not even willing to give me only one of them.. he needs to be talked to as those are always free. I was very dehydrated and I was looking forward to a Starbucks water.

usually super great but whoever packaged my sandwich didn’t seal it properly causing it to fall out the bottom

They can’t seem to keep the lobby open and so when you order on the app now you wait 20 min in the drive thru only to be handed cold dinks. Ridicules. And staff says “sorry” and just keeps going. Bad CS and drinks 2” from the top. They don’t know how to fill a cup up.

irresponsible, and just plain annoying when you want something and it could’ve been prevented. DO BETTER! Hire Better whatever you gotta do!

They actually had the in store line waiting a person a the cash register made 2 phone calls to find out what her friends wanted. The customer was rude but the employee was more rude.

Waited 20 minutes for my order…I asked a young lady if they had my order she said there’s 4 drinks ahead of yours it,they literally cleared all the drive throats lobby orders before doing mine…I had to ask what I think was the manager if they had it he yes…Not I’m sorry nothing…Manager and staff very unfriendly and unprofessional…What has happened to Starbucks Customer Service it’s like nobody cares about the customers…

This is a Starbucks that still has a lobby. It's so helpful as a 3rd place. It's hard to find safe and relaxing 3rd places in our world, so it's nice to know I can count on this location still having a place for me to go if I need it.

Horrible at communicating an order is ready. Joking alot among themselves. Not sure if they take their job seriously. Trek is the one who "helped" me but let my order sit there while laughing with his coworkers.

First time goin to starbucks i asked for a pumpkin cold foam caramel drizzel since it was my first time wasnt sure how to order and the girl on the drive thru started to get an attitude with me really unprofessional never goin back again!
