I met, “Kate and Miguel”. When I say they were “FANTASTIC” in taking my order, and making my order. Believe me, they sure were!! They had “Great and Friendly” customer service!!! Kate, made sure my order was correct and prepared to my liking. And, Miguel made my order fast and it tasted so’oooo good🤗🤗!!! Thanks, you guys! I will definitely be back! This location is a nice spot in brick town. Staff were nice and outside seating is limited. I guess because it was the middle of November, no one wanted to sit outside, but I did. The sunshine made it feel good. Clean location and early morning there’s plenty of parking.

Sean is awful for a manager. I normally come to this Starbucks every single morning and I was treated absolutely horrible the lady taking orders wouldn’t respond then when she responded she said “what” I said uhm can I order? She said sure go ahead keep ordering I told her I didn’t like how her attitude was & then her manager gets on to tell me she was very busy I said I understand that, but that is no way to handle customers. I’m a manager of a restaurant myself and when I have issues, I leave them at the door before I go into work. I don’t bring them to work now she’s caused me to never want to go back.

I literally come here everyday sometimes 2 times. This am. The guy made my venti drink and it was only the size of a grande i opened it and poured it into a grande cup yet i was charged 7 dollars which is almost a dollar more than regular starbucks. And then he could not give me a refund cuz i didnt have a receipt he never offered me.Im so disappointed........
Ella as a Starbucks barista, giving me attitude after making my order wrong. Very unprofessional and rude. Never have that experience before at Starbucks. Eventually I cancel my order and get refund back. Such a terrible barista I have never met.

I was overcharged for my order, my usually order would not be more than $16 for two venti size cups but was charged more than that. I asked for a receipt and they didn’t give me it at all. Not only that, they had messed up the order anyways.
