I literally come here everyday sometimes 2 times. This am. The guy made my venti drink and it was only the size of a grande i opened it and poured it into a grande cup yet i was charged 7 dollars which is almost a dollar more than regular starbucks. And then he could not give me a refund cuz i didnt have a receipt he never offered me.Im so disappointed........

We spent $20 here and they wouldn't allow us to get a water bigger then a kids cup. Like what the heck?I even asked to pay for a bigger cup because my wife is 9 months pregnant. I ended up having to buy a freaking water bottle.

Ella as a Starbucks barista, giving me attitude after making my order wrong. Very unprofessional and rude. Never have that experience before at Starbucks. Eventually I cancel my order and get refund back. Such a terrible barista I have never met.

I was overcharged for my order, my usually order would not be more than $16 for two venti size cups but was charged more than that. I asked for a receipt and they didn’t give me it at all. Not only that, they had messed up the order anyways.

Starbucks coffee is bad tasting, highly over rated & greatly over priced. You have to add all the flavoring to make it halfway drinkable.

I am not a frequenter, but I do enjoy the occasional Starbucks delight. I swung through the drive thru for a quick breakfast. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a hot chocolate with no whip. $9.99. I used a $10 gift card I earned by submitting everyday receipts on the Fetch app. Super easy. My only complaint is that Starbucks is too expensive for what you get. Otherwise, I’m a happy customer.

I've had to get out and go in from the drive through several times to have them redo my order and my husband's order. He gets a the same thing every time and they have yet to get it right. I ordered a iced drink and I got hot iced tea with a few cubes of ice and my husband's drink always tastes like hot milk.The one on the CORNER OF MAY AND MEMORIAL RD IS THE BEST. They call get it right every single time.
