I loved going here , and having Kindyll make my drink. Sadly they don't sell pizza no matter how many times I asked . But the coffee is so delicious that it makes up for it . I would definitely live here if I could . Love the people and the coffee. Everyone was so nice and caring.
I'm back to add to this comment . My dreams have been fulfilled 😭 I've never felt so heard in my life until this moment . I got the pizza iv been asking for. Thank you Starbucks crew for making my dream come true. ❤️

I wanted to bring a disappointing experience to your attention. I recently went through your drive-thru and asked for a cup of water, but the employee refused to give me one because my card wasn’t working. I understand that payment policies are in place, but denying a basic necessity like water, especially when I was clearly in need, felt unnecessarily harsh.

They are not friendly. The employees do not have manners. Sunday morning they are not making blonde coffee. You are a coffee shop. It’s what you do. Why are you not serving blonde roast? They are also very very slow. Maybe they should get training from Chick Fil A to understand efficiency and kindness.
I order quite a bit. The morning pick up is kind of a mess here. They never acknowledge you in the lobby when waiting for your order. For food, Half an hour will go by of you waiting by the pick up and then when you can get someone’s attention they’ll make your item or finally tell you they’re out of it. Then they’re rude that you asked about your item that’s been missing for 10-30 minutes. They make teas last after the coffee so teas will tack on an extra ten minutes. I like the products. I do the app pickup to give them half an hour to make the items so when I get there and it’s missing I can ask and not feel like I’m harassing them. Which something is ALWAYS missing with a half hour buffer.
