I’ve always enjoyed visiting Starbucks for my morning coffee, but my recent experience has been disappointing. On four consecutive visits, I purchased a croissant only to find that they were stale each time. It’s frustrating to pay for a product that doesn’t meet the quality I expect from such a reputable brand. I understand that mistakes can happen, but consistency is key, and this has been a letdown. I hope the team can improve their quality control because I’d love to continue enjoying fresh pastries with my coffee.

I loved going here , and having Kindyll make my drink. Sadly they don't sell pizza no matter how many times I asked . But the coffee is so delicious that it makes up for it . I would definitely live here if I could . Love the people and the coffee. Everyone was so nice and caring.

I wanted to bring a disappointing experience to your attention. I recently went through your drive-thru and asked for a cup of water, but the employee refused to give me one because my card wasn’t working. I understand that payment policies are in place, but denying a basic necessity like water, especially when I was clearly in need, felt unnecessarily harsh.
Its always consistent which is great, the parking lot sucks but they cant help that.

They are not friendly. The employees do not have manners. Sunday morning they are not making blonde coffee. You are a coffee shop. It’s what you do. Why are you not serving blonde roast? They are also very very slow. Maybe they should get training from Chick Fil A to understand efficiency and kindness.
