I almost always walk in for service. Despite them having to serve lots of folks in the drive-thru, I ‘be been greeted and served I reasonable amount of time. They make my decaf soy latte very well.

John, the older gentleman at the window, is one of the best employees at Starbucks, and we have been to them all. I appreciate the attention to detail. Some may call them the little things, but those little things always get forgotten: the stoppers and sleeves for the hot drinks, the napkins and additives for the food. To top it off, he's always very professional and polite. It's refreshing to see older people at the window as well. They seem to be more engaged, in my opinion.

I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks, especially during the holiday season! The baristas are incredibly friendly, cheerful, and attentive—they always greet you with a warm smile, get your order perfect, and spread that festive spirit even on busy days. Service is fast and efficient, no matter how crowded it gets. The Christmas specialty drinks are out of this world—my absolute favorite is the Peppermint Mocha, perfectly balanced with rich espresso, creamy chocolate, and that refreshing peppermint kick, topped with whipped cream and those cute candy cane sprinkles. I've also tried the Gingerbread Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte, and they're all crafted with such care and consistency. It's the ultimate spot for cozy, premium holiday coffee vibes. Clean store, festive decorations, and such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by for your holiday fix!

Came in today around 4 and the girls were so lovely! Much better than the Rockwell location and I definitely will be coming back 😁. The Matcha I got tastes perfect and they definitely have their customer service down to a tea!! Chairs are comfy to sit in and atmosphere is great.

won't order here again if the girl that took window orders is working. I ordered Caramel Macchiato and added an extra shot of espresso, well I got what looked like warm Caramel milk. The guy working the window was great. My suggestion for the girl that took my order this morning, get out of your feelings and worry about how you can be a better person.

I asked for cream on the side and Johnathon acted like it was coming out of his paycheck directly. He flat out said no rudely and said he would charge me $3.50 for just cream. What horrible customer service. Why should I be charged extra when the creamers are out for free where you can take as much as you want? Work on customer service.

This may go to Starbucks in OKC. The staff has their systems down and more efficient than any other Starbucks I have frequented in the area . They always great me by name and the orders are always perfect. Stores like this are the reason Starbucks is as big as it is.

I did order a cookie crumble mocha and I will say I loved it so very much!! I wish it just had a little bit more cookie crumble on it, it's like they put like maybe a teaspoon which is okay I don't need all of that but the service was excellent the atmosphere was great I loved everything about it and I will be returning!!
