This Starbucks is charging customers for the free stuff that you can get on the app so pay attention, even when you mention it. Morning time, but not busy. (I can see why)
I got cold brew with the free cold foam and they charged me for it on the screen, I asked if they were honoring the free cold foam this week (may 7-11). She said yes with the app. I go to the window to pay and remind her before they charge me for it, I look at my receipt because the amount didn’t change and they still charge me for the cold foam. I let them know and the older lady then gets an attitude and blames it on me. Tells me I have to tell her not the lady with the headset on who took our order, that was standing right next to her. But she scanned the app, she should have taken it off. Who knows how many people haven’t been getting the deal. She ended up refunding me, after she was rude. So pay attention to your receipts, they don’t care about saving you the extra $2 off a drink.
Also the cold brew tasted off. Ended up having to adjust it to make it more drinkable. The other drink was so sweet it was almost unbearable.

people working here always friendly and trying to be helpful they always try to go above to make sure I'm satisfied and have whatever I need every once in awhile there's going to be a mistake that's just part of life you cant get it 100% every time it's what they do after the mistake is made that's how you should judge

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Got a Carmel ribbon crunch wasn’t even sweet. And I asked for extra Carmel. He was rushing and screwed the whole dink up. Just threw the whole thing away. Waiste of $10.00

Now that I’m finally off the floor !! I think it’s so rude and mean to just not care about peoples allergies . I asked for oatmilk in my peppermint white chocolate mocha . There was no sticker on it when I picked it up . They said it was correct . I know it was not because 4 sips in and I’m sick . I’m extremely lactose intolerant . It takes just as much effort to grab the oatmilk as it does the regular milk . I’ve been sick since 12:40ish pm and it’s 6:22 and I’m just now able to get up .
Came and got a impossible breakfast sandwich The employee was pretty rude whenever I asked if they were hiring overall it was pretty lame because of the employees attitude
