Drink was fine; but I’m not going back to a Starbucks where you have to get a manager to unlock the door every time you have to take a piss.
The young lady with dark curly hair and a face full of makeup who was working at the drive-thru around 5 PM today was extremely rude to me and gave me an attitude for no reason. I was waiting for around 2 minutes for help, and when I asked a question on one of the food items- she gave me an attitude and spoke to me like I was dumb. She raised her voice at me as well when I couldn't hear her, and heard her giggling to one of her other coworkers. I also asked for oatmilk for my drinks and she didn't put it in there as well. After receiving my drinks and food, she closed the window and didn't say anything else. She is horrible at customer service and should be trained more efficiently. I always have horrible experiences at the star bucks in this location. Never go here.

Brought my Dad in store today around 12pm. The store had 4 people people sitting/working. There was plenty of other seating available. We ordered the pumpkin cold brew x2, a cream cheese pumpkin muffin and lemon iced cake. Service was friendly and expeditious and the beverages and sweet bites were delicious.
This Starbucks has the worst service, unfriendly workers, they act like they don’t want to work, they are slow, and do not greet their clients. Avoid this store .

They still get mad after you buy their new policy. Weird workers. Pocket watching not foing their job. I got a Qdoba bag I use to out my electronics in from my car. And these ppls imaginations run wild lol. What is wrong with this country I ain't gonna dress all formal. When my jobs don't even require that. And the African lady ain't want to give me the restroo. Code. And looked at me a weird. And went and punched it in herself.

drinks taste fine but they are constantly handed to me covered in caramel syrup or coffee. funny enough, the starbucks in the target across the street is so much better.

Can you people over there not read!? Learn how to look at orders properly
Well run shop, friendly staff prompt service.
Baristas don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Being completely ignored for 5 minutes isn’t it!
Employees need customer service training, and better communication skills. Explaining why a mobile order needs 5 to 10 minutes before pick up would be more effective than being rude to customers who do not know that.
I am still at a loss of how ordering a drink at the drive-through and using scan and pay is any different than doing a mobile order to the drive-through and picking it up within the five minutes because you still have to check in with them to pick up at the drive-through… No explanation was given. Just rudeness.
