Baristas don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Being completely ignored for 5 minutes isn’t it!
Employees need customer service training, and better communication skills. Explaining why a mobile order needs 5 to 10 minutes before pick up would be more effective than being rude to customers who do not know that.
I am still at a loss of how ordering a drink at the drive-through and using scan and pay is any different than doing a mobile order to the drive-through and picking it up within the five minutes because you still have to check in with them to pick up at the drive-through… No explanation was given. Just rudeness.

I came to this location about 4 times and every time I come it’s always disappointing , people working in the cashier always rude with long faces like they don’t want to work to the people making the drinks I feel like they just throw everything in and don’t mix it and throw it at you , I asked for a matcha with cherry foam it barley had any cherry foam unfortunately I can’t just throw away $10 so had to drink put don’t waste your money in this store as you can see with all the other bad reviews it already has .
Very bad service. I went and lost two chocolate chip frappuccinos. They gave me two cookies. And they keep you waiting for a long time. I complained about my frappuccinos, but they just turned around and didn't tell me if they were going to give me my frappuccinos or my money. I decided to give them my money instead of waiting any longer.
Slowest Star Bucks in OKC. AVOID this location
The staff at this particular Starbucks is amazing!! My favorite starbucks members work here! Drinks are always spot on!!

Went for my birthday reward trough app there is no reward there when you have to pay full price even when you tell them in the drive thru line.
Every single time I go to this location, the staff are rude and unhelpful. As someone who also works in customer service, I get that some days can be hard but EVERY time without fail is extremely unprofessional. I know the only response I’ll likely get is “contact us at this site!” Or whatever it is big corporations say when they couldn’t care less. I’ll just be going to another business entirely from here on out.
I just ordered an iced chai with a shot of espresso. Got a refund through door dash the first time and they sent for another one.. but they only added ice and a smiley face to the bag.

I ordered 2 coffees through the Uber app to get my red cup, it turns out that my order was wrong and they didn't give me anything Page 22 dollars with ebio and tip for the driver and glasses they didn't give me what a bad experience with this Starbucks
