This Starbucks location is so very bad! From the staff, to the availability of food items to the atmosphere. Stood there waiting while six employees, yes, SIX, wondered around aimlessly behind the counter, not offering any help. Once I did get someone to wait on me, they were less than friendly and acted as if I was bothering them. No smile, no kindness, no thank you. This is a service oriented business….act like you are there to provide a service to your customers! I ordered a blueberry muffin with my latte and was charged for it. I waited. My friend went up to order after me and also had to ask to be waited on. When she went up to get her order, she inquired about my muffin. They then said they were out, as they had just sold them thru the drive thru. I should’ve been told and I should’ve been served mine when initially ordered. We also witnessed at least five people come in who had ordered thru the drive thru, to have their orders corrected. Bad business. Sad employees. Not going back to this location and a warning to others to stay away, as well.

3 times now i stopped in to get a cup of coffee. 3 times the coffee was cold. Today i handed them 3.00 dollars. The coffee was 2.88. I handed the girl 3 dollars checked the coffee and it was cold. I handed it back and ask for hot coffee. She said it would be at least 5 min to brew more coffee. I said just give me my money back. How much do you think i got back. 2.88. It cost 12 cents for the experience. Worst starbucks i have ever stopped at.

The service is great on week day's, but it is trash on weekends, I sit and watch 5 people that order after me get service before me,than I watch you make my order without the extra honey blend in my tea,this is almost every time,that's why I go else where. It's sad because on week day's the service is impeccable.

I ordered a bacon and guyere egg bites and the size of them are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than they used to be, but you are charging the same price. Starbucks is trying to save money by shrinkage now???? Definitely will NOT be buying from you again. Please don't insult my/ your customer's intelligence.

Horrible drive thru. The car in front of us gave in and left, and two cars behind us left. After finally getting to order, it took an extremely long time to get our two drinks, a mocha frappuccino and a caramel macciato. The Frappuccino had little, if any, flavor. The macciato was luke warm, if that. No apologies for the extremely long wait.

I’d like to say thank you to a specific worker at this Starbucks. Thank you Charlie! You’re the best. One of the nicest and chillest people I’ve met at a Starbucks. Charlie was so helpful when I was confused about their Stars point system, but cleared everything up for me.

This place is slow I’ve been in line for almost 35 mins! Outrageous takes about 10 minutes just for 1 person to leave the line.

This place was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Trash under counter, filthy countertops, aprons and things piled on the display case. I wouldn’t recommend or go back.

This Starbucks seriously struggles. It's the worst one in the area. I always regret not going to the one on MacArthur instead.The quality of the drinks are very mixed. Usually they are bland or wrong.They are not really the most friendly either.

Efficiency and lack of communication with customer has been a struggle at this location. Many times I put in a mobile order to save time only to find that their lobby is closed which DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A MOBILE ORDER. So why not just mark mobile orders unavailable through the app instead of disrespecting the customers time? Because at this point, the customer has already paid, and they have to endure the ridiculously long, slow line. Also, there are many times that this location just closes during normal business hours.
