I've been here a total of 4 times, each time I bought on my app for free refills and the workers were very rude. Did not like the free refill policy, tried to tell me it wasn't a thing everytime, and then proceeded to say we are not supposed to let you change the drink from anything to an acceptable free refill. Which of corse is in the fine print on the app. I offered to bring up the app to prove I wasn't scaming them and they got flustered and hurriedly snached my cup to get me out of the way.

Ordered a drink while shopping at Target and they didn’t have any whipped cream to put on the top. How are you in a grocery store but don’t have whipped cream. $6.25 for the smallest drink and no whipped cream on top. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.

StarSucks.....sucks. do you even realize they use the rejection coffee grinds and douse it with sugar and fake flavors? You can't fix stupid so go ahead and spend 10 bucks on your frappie pumpkin spice while the woke company uses your money to back blm and open borders!

Decided to splurge today after a long day by trying one of their new frozen refreshers! I was so excited and waited patiently for the drink to be served as a normal refresher. When I confronted the cashier who took my order she decided to play it off as if I didn’t order the frozen and let me know there’s two different versions of the refreshers as she walked away. Very disappointed and won’t be buying from this Starbucks again. Thanks for not owning up to your mistake when I was more than friendly.
