I’ve never had such an uncomfortable and baffling experience at a Starbucks. When my wife and I pulled up to the window, the barista immediately accused us of flipping her off at the speaker, which absolutely did not happen. We were shocked and tried to calmly explain that we would never do that but instead of de-escalating, she continued to be rude and kept harassing us about it.
The entire interaction felt hostile and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, misunderstandings happen, but the way she chose to speak to us was completely unacceptable. We left feeling embarrassed and honestly a little shaken over something we didn’t even do.
I truly hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and basic respect.

I doordash from this Starbucks quite frequently and somehow my matcha is always half full. I know it’s not the dashers fault because it comes sealed. This is the worst I’ve ever seen a Starbucks drink. Why am I paying $7 for less than half of a drink??? I don’t know why this keeps happening but it is truly frustrating.

Starbucks is Starbucks. The drinks are mostly the same. Service here is very friendly. When I got in, it was very busy both inside and drive thru, team members still greeted me with smiles and very attentive. Store and bathroom are both kept really clean too!

So I pulled in here bc the cops got behind me while my insurance had lapsed. I go through drive-thru and ordered a mocha frappe. When the lady asked my name I replied “Daenerys”…i get to the window and the employee was extremely nice (felt genuine and not forced), she and the prep person stated they liked the name…! I smiled and replied “thank you, it’s from Game of Thrones” she smiled and said “yasss totally cool”(or something to the effect) whatever she said implied that they already knew that (never happens on the SW side where I live sadly …no one ever knows what I’m talking about) , she asks me if I want a free banana bread bc they had too many…yes of course I want something free since I was not even supposed to be here spending the $8 bucks lol….less than ten seconds later she’s handing me my drink and let me know that the other girl “drew me something nice on it” …I rapidly spin my cup looking for my surprise….once I saw it I replied that I was going to go cry! It was the most awesome thing !! Like I was not supposed to be there and I’m smiling and crying in less than 2 minutes(speedy friendly service) not even 20 seconds lat

Ordered three drinks and three snacks. Got three snacks and two drinks. Kept checking when it would be done and they finally tell me she never wrung it up. Also, never once has a Starbucks broke a $100 bill for me when not a sole other company on the planet these days blinks at it. when my avg order is over $25+ if your company can't have $70 of change on hand or less at a time ...figure it out. I'm over it and moving on to local coffee shops only.
I am a regular here at starbucks and I could tell
they were stressed out this morning, I also noticed there was an angry customer (C.R.) who was actively making everything difficult. A Karen as people say. The baristas are fast and efficient with the problems they face everyday. So to the person who I mentioned who left the bad review, thought she was the most important person in there. She forgot to mention that the barista was actively making her drink as she was typing the unnecessary review

I always order the Hot Lavender Oatmilk latte with 2 extra shots .3/5 times it's like drinking hot oatmilk with barely any lavender and no coffee... it's my favorite coffee but I dont like asking for it to be re-done, I'm just going to have to Nara Smith this one.
