Just stopped by the drive thru and purchased a grande, hot mocha and an iced matcha latte. Unfortunately, halfway through my drive home I took a sip only to met with the flavor of watery, espresso with a slight milk flavor and zero mocha. It was so flavorless I could not drink my beverage and after arriving home I dumped out my drink and to no surprise their was no mocha at the bottom of the cup, only a light coating of the espresso residue. Very disappointed at wasting money for a simple drink.
Secondly, the drive thru associate was in a pleasant mood but made the experience a bit awkward making jokes about broken straws and sucking, the word sucking was used repeatedly and left me feeling uncomfortable.
The service is terrible. If you sit in your car to eat your food outside this place….they will call the police on you and have the police ask you to leave. We bought breakfast here this morning and a police officer knocked on my car door and told me to move. Apparently the employees thought I was a homeless person. I am not homeless. Starbucks should have considered that there are a lot of homeless people in this area BEFORE they built this store. It seems to be a store that is embattled against homeless people. Restrooms do not have locks on the doors (because of the homeless locking themselves in or has the lock just been broken for the last 2 years?). Restroom floor is filthy. Employees really don’t need to call the police on Starbuck’s customers. This seems to be more of an employee issue rather than a customer sitting in your parking lot issue. A employee with a serious need for control. Won’t be back. I only gave them one star so this would print. I actually would like to give this good old Starbucks a negative star rating…..but there isn’t one available.

I just got a small cappuccino, and it literally had FOUR sips in it and a ton of foam!! What the heck???

I’ll start by saying the service/attitude of employees is great. I am just quite frustrated with how often drinks are wrong at this location considering the price point. I ordered a matcha latte and a cold brew with classic syrup and both were wrong. I came yesterday and ordered a matcha latte and it tasted like they mixed it with water and put a splash of milk in it. So today before driving off, I tried it and it tasted watery again. I told them it tasted very watered down and asked what milk they use, to which they said 2%. I asked if they could please remake with whole milk and they kindly did. I drove off because I didn’t want to take up more of their time, but when I tried it again, it was not much better. My husband got the cold brew with classic and said there was definitely no classic. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but my husband and I both travel for work and go to many different locations and this has never been as consistent of an issue as it is at this location.

Terrible service! Lady with glasses and brown hair pony tail, somewhat long, @ like 11:56a on 10/17 in drive thru.
As I pulled in the drive thru window, I’d already be waiting in line after ordering for like 15 mins and there weren’t more than 3 people in the drive thru. As I pulled up to the window, there were people walking around in the back (probably making drinks) which is fine but they sat my sandwich down & then 3-5 mins go by. Lady walks up and I’m ready to hand my card over because I know my order is getting cold, she starts taking someone else’s order which takes another couple minutes & instead she could have giving me my small order first but didn’t. After she was ready to take my payment, I had a upset expression on my face as I went to get my card on my lap and she asks me in a rude tone “is there something wrong hun” & when I explained my situation she told me to go to another store & then even slammed the door before I was about to drive off. Terrible attitude & terrible customer service.

Two days in a row now and my order was messed up. I went back in to have it fixed yesterday and it was better. Today not so much. The drink I order 100% of the time tasted like crap. I Won't be coming back to this one.

Went inside and ordered a grande Americano with my own personal Starbucks cup and coffee cake. I noticed that they were filling drive through orders way faster than the orders taken inside. I noticed my cup on top of the expresso machine and asked if it was ready. I was told that they hadn't gotten to it yet but cars were ordering & getting their drinks before mine. They finally gave me my drink & I left. About 2 miles down the road I took a drink. They gave me hot water with no expresso added to it. No time to go back so I basically paid for a cup of hot water.
