Love the service, coffee & breakfast! Cannot go wrong here.
Em and Jasmine(shift leader) were not helpful when I asked for more cream in my cup. ALL other Starbucks employees at all other locations are super cheery and friendly this location needs major improvement in this area. If a customer wants to add more cream to their coffee the crafts are provided for customers and they did not have any. Very disappointed in this location. Will not be returning.
Ordered a drink at the drive through at 530 on the morning the other day, so not busy at all.
They gave me what tasted like old black coffee that had been sitting out overnight instead of the drink I ordered. Of course I didn't realize this until I got where I was going because it was hot and chose to wait for a bit.

Over and over this location gets it right! Good vibes and they always make my special drinks perfectly! Not all Starbucks are alike!
Mi come to this location almost everyday and today the customer service was absolutely awful I came in was never acknowledged after being through the drive-through and ordering two ice caramel macchiato and one was forgotten or left off the ticket. No one even came to tell me after the lady told me to come around and just park. I just feel like when people come in they need to at least acknowledge coming from someone who is an assistant manager in a dental practice as well that’s not OK

The staff was very friendly, but the amount of waste going out the window was sickening.
Just placed an order that totalled over $30, handed them $100 bill and was told sorry, we cant take a $100 bill. I will never go back to this Starbucks, which sucks because I will be in the area a lot over the next few months.

20 + minute wait for a black coffee and chai, with robotic customer service 2 times in a row. I cannot recommend this starbucks to anyone amd will be visiting other locations.

Ok I normally do not post negative reviews but I had to this time. I have been to this location maybe 3 times and I have had the same issue every single time even though it’s been months between visits. I order an iced coffee and I’m pretty positive they store them in pitchers that have been used for tea and they taste floral/perfumed from the tea every time. It makes the drink undrinkable. I literally almost rerouted and went to a different location this morning before putting in my order for this reason but thought surely it won’t happen again, and it did! I know I could go back and get it remade but I’m on my way to work and don’t have time and this is a really simple issue to resolve. Unfortunately I will likely just avoid this location from here on out. I will say, the staff has always been friendly and service quick.

It was very slow. I was the only customer in that building. The only drinks being made were mobile orders.There was no one in the drive through line three people working.I went up to the and politely Asked for a venty water to go with my mobile order.Because I can't order on the app that way. I sit down to wait and they continue to make drink after drink after drink and the guy working the window is laughing smirking and then whispering With another one of the employees, and then looking at me. I don't understand why people get joy out of being mean. If you hate working with people so much, then maybe being a barista is not the job for you. I will never return to this starbucks. I had to again go up and ask someone politely for a water so I could leave because I did not feel comfortable in your lobby.
