Every item is 30-40% more expensive than what their menu states. When I confronted the cashier about it she refused to elaborate beyond stating it as an inconvenience. What should have been a $20 order went up to $33.17 pre tax. Shady business practices and ORS illegal.

I enjoyed the experience until I checked my bank account yesterday. I was there on Thursday the 28th between 8:00 and 9:00AM and there were 2 workers. I ordered a venti iced chai latte with a pump of brown sugar and vanilla that is usually a little over $7 and ordered my mom a grande Carmel brûlée latte. Then I ordered myself a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and she got some pesto mozzarella sandwich. The girl said the total was like $27 and some change but I did not get a receipt. Well looking at my bank account I was charged $41.78!! I have bought 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches several times before and it has NEVER been that much. I didn’t pay attention to a name tag on the employee because right away she started saying how she loved my loungefly backpack and we discussed that and her liking my nail polish. I was distracted because of the convo and didn’t even realize I didn’t get a receipt but have never had an issue at Starbucks before so I’m shocked this happened. She was younger and had light brown hair and glasses, I think. I just know she said she wanted the Baymax with cherry blossoms loungefly backpack. I don’t know if there’s a way to check your receipts from between that time with those 4 items and see if she added more items or maybe if she gave herself about a $15 tip. I already emailed and they told me to call to get it resolved and Joy told me there is nothing she can do and to call and dispute the charge with my bank. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever had an issue with!

They got my name SOO wrong and the order. I understand the misspelling of names but a completely different name that doesn't even rhyme and out of seven letters only two were right. I spent thirty minutes waiting just for them to give me the wrong order.

Sitting outside closed store one hour after scheduled to be open 5:30am. No sign of anyone inside so prolly not opening soon ?!! Of course took my on line order but now have to board flight

Ordered ahead in the app at 4:30, thinking I’d breeze through security, pickup my drink and head to the gate. It’s currently 5:02 am and there’s no sign of life inside. And they’ve taken my money upfront for my order. Unacceptable, especially at an airport where everyone has somewhere to be at a specific time.

Got a nitro cold brew and a sandwich for $22, which is insane to begin with. What made it worse was the insufferably rude baristas. They did an awful job and didn’t even fill my drink up beyond half of the cup. When asked to please fill my drink to the actual fill line - they began yelling and said I needed to buy a second drink. Mind you not even a sip was taken and this all happened at the counter. I have worked many fast food jobs with high pace, stressful environments. This absolutely wasn’t the case and didn’t warrant this service or reaction. Whoever is managing this store is failing big time.

The manager have bad attitude at 5am. I ordered the new Apple drink waited long enough to find out they are out of things so I switched it to wait more 16 min and others came after me and they got their drinks before me! He spoke to me so rude!
None of the baristas seemed to know what they are doing, both drinks were made bad, as a starbucks barista I understand the stress of the job… but if they would learn to do the job properly they wouldn’t be stressed out or have to deal with customers who are unsatisfied with their drinks. One of starbucks’ big things is it should always taste the same// be made the same way at every starbucks… idk if it’s just laziness but the whole situation was a shit show behind the bar at gate C. I wish I could’ve gone behind the bar and made it myself especially when ur paying $7 dollars for your normal drink you expect to be good.

Not sure why I’m leaving this review. It’s already clearly stated that the employees don’t open the store at time. Waited for 30 minutes after the store was supposed to open and nothing, just employees inside hanging out and talking.

I was warmly greeted by Paola. (I apologize if I’ve missed spelt it) I am from Canada and she was very kind and patient with me. She started my day on such a good note. The service was very fast and all the other workers were very kind as well. I’ve been to this airport a couple times now and I can say that this is my favourite Starbucks to visit while traveling! Thank you Paola!

Vanilla bean made me sicker than a dog and I got food poisoning right before my family reunion flight on Thursday 7/18/2024. I was sick the entire trip. Don’t recommend you eat there.

First of all my drink was fine..
I have a problem with "Whitney" not sure how he/she/they/them identified, but let's start with making eye contact with the customer, try greeting them with a 'hello' or 'good morning' a 'can I help you' goes a long way with me. Maybe "Whitney" had a problem with my skin color because after me every other customer was greeted appropriately. I requested a manager but was told no one was available. I'll just remember my next time thru to ensure I won't be served by that particular person. Otherwise everything else was allright. Ok, rant over!
