Service was slow so I didn't tip on a $6 order. That was as a mistake - after waiting in the window for several minutes I got a cup full of ice with a dash of what I highly suspect was decaf cold brew (I wear a biometric watch and track my heart rate before and after.)

Came in, Not greeted. I was finally spoken to by 1 Hannah when there were 2 of them standing there. Both named Hannah with no smile, no hello, nothing. The next customer got a hello, and a smile. It took her over 3 mins of me standing in her face to finally speak to me. Really makes the day harder when the first place you go to, isn't cheerful.

Whoever they had working the drive thru was incredibly rude. Didn't get our order right as we ordered it and then acted disgruntled when we said we ordered the drink iced. Did not feel welcomed.

Terrible service. Try to avoid this location as much as possible. The ladies that work on Sunday mornings are particularly super rude and act very annoyed when you don’t know your order; treat you like you’re dumb (and I’m an attorney). They should be replaced so service can be better again.

Friendly staff and quick to help! Made my drink super fast in-store. Was worried when I saw the really full parking lot that there would be no where to sit but there was! Always appreciate when cafes can accommodate the high demand in-store, as someone that pops into coffee shops frequently between work stops.

I have only been here once out of many attempts here lately where the people working seem any kind of happy. Every other time they are rude, and look like they are annoyed with everything you say.. Attempted to discuss with the manager but acted as if it was no big deal.

Worst Starbucks to go to there was a incident that recently happened me & my sisters go through the drive thru as we’re ordering the lady gives us attitude while we’re still deciding after we finish ordering our drinks and go to the drive thru to pay she hands our drinks to us Roughly and fast and proceeds to tell us bye it was the rudest service I’ve ever had but I mean we know Starbucks workers hate their job doesn’t mean you should take it out on the customers & others
