If you want your free hot chocolate for the weekend of December don't come here, they do not honor the purchased handcraft and get a free hot chocolate for each purchase. You will be told it's per person which is not true because it's on the Starbucks website. Go to the Starbucks in Penn their hot chocolate drink does taste better instead of the 29th hot chocolate taste so water downed.

The staff were again so friendly and bubbly. Wonderfully presented. However, it's right off the highway and of course we have it everywhere, a few ppl hanging around outside at the lights. The entrance/exit is difficult. Very high probability of accidents.

Maybe its because I stop in every morning before work (for a long time now) and the staff know me, but I most always have a good experience at this location. I will say the staff has the kind of team hustle that is hard to find these days. This store is managed really well with serious, hard workers and great customer service. One of the fastest locations I've been to.Parking: The parking lot is small. Coming off of the highway, you have to make a U turn to get in. Be careful. There is an entrance straight ahead. If you try to go in the other entrance, you will be in the way of the cars leaving and you will cause traffic jam with oncoming car traffic. That's what I did on my first visit.
