Every time I order a chai latte with extra chai and brown sugar syrup. All I taste is milk. There’s no flavor of anything. So far the only Starbucks I know that actually tastes good is the one on quail springs.

Okay so i typically LOVE starbucks managerial staff, and the baristas are usually awesome too. Management at all of the starbucks I've been s great at are hands down the singular most easy going and customer oriented foodservice staff that I've ever been witness to.
This interaction was with a barista and I'd describe her demeanor and behavior to be defensive, sulky and unpleasant from start to finish.. My young daughter and I popped in on a dreary, stormy early afternoon on Monday June the 3rd, 2024 (time was at approximately 11 am.) My visit today was not an everyday visit, and it was in no way due to any employees negligence or mistake either, as far as I'm concerne⁰d. No, rather the issue is something that's happened to me after ordering my fave Starbys drink on prior occasions: i ordered my trienta pink drink, light strawberry base, no ice with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, and received it uneventfully at the drive thru window. After a few sips I put it inside of my cup holder in my car and drove and drove on to my destination. When I arrived I tried to grab my drink from the cup holder to bring it inside with me and the lid was not secured so when I grabbed it the cup slipped, and fell spectacularly from my grasp because I did not have a firm grasp on the Cup itself... my grasp was mainly on the lid- which was not attached to the cup. Before I know what I'm sitting there, absolutely soaking wet and sticky with a lid in my hand and 30 oz of pink Drink (at a cost of nearly $9 of my hard-earned money) was suddenly covering my body, hair, clothing, the inside portion of my wlndshield and the remainder of the interior of my vehicle .. and I was pissed of course. But life goes on and I had stuff to do I didn't call or contact Starbucks immediately because it wasn't necessarily their fault it could have been my fault I could have just watched the lid whenever I was sipping on it before I put it in the cup holder. But the next day as I was getting ready for work at about 6:30 a.m. I started thinking about that drink and how it was almost $10 or $9 wasted and how I was about to go buy another one for $9 when I never even got to enjoy that one and so I hold up that Starbucks and spoke to a very eazant man who identified himself by Name. I told him that issue and was given given the response that he was sympathetic and had no issue with remaking the drink0.

I come here at least twice a week and I've never had a bad experience. Workers are great, very friendly, and not to mention fast. ❤️?

I came here and the order size was wrong when I went to pick it up at the window. I said, “oh I ordered a venti.” (She was giving me a grande.) Very rudely, the woman snapped back with “we’re going to have to charge you for that.”I said, “that’s fine.” There was no I’m sorry about that, but we need to charge you for the venti. She was just rude and the reason for return on receipt is “did not want.” In my opinion, it’s extremely rude to place all the blame on the customer. The reason on the return receipt should also be “rung up improperly.” I have absolutely no issues paying extra for what I ordered, but the way she responded could have been better customer service. This location just lost a loyal customer’s business.
