Came to redeem my birthday reward and Alyssa completely ruined my mood,she didn't say happy birthday or greeted me,was annoyed and rolled her eyes clear as day when I asked for whip cream,Iced white chocolate mocha always had came with whip cream as I've been going to this location over 100+ times. This is one of the worst Chia Teas, I have gotten from Starbucks. I only get my chia from Starbucks, I love their xhia tea. I wish they would sell it for home use. That being said, it takes like sweet milk. The lady making my drink was more worried about the conversation she was having than paying attention to making drinks. Now I remember why I don't stop at this one anymore. Everyone that works there is really friendly. They cant seem to make the drinks like they are supposed to.

Nobody else was in line but the cashier rushed me to give him the money and then when I tried to redeem my wife's points he said he couldn't take them. A cashier should ask if you have any points to redeem. That is why this location has no buisness because the customers service sucks. Starbucks is to exspensive for the cashiers to act like they work at mc donalds
