love the baristas at this store, hate how they all have to write meaningless messages on cups now and dress in all black. also hate that they aren't staffed well-enough for the volume of orders they get, this drive-thru would move so much quicker if they were staffed properly. but i love everyone here, they really make this starbucks a welcoming and friendly part of the community 🥰

Erika or however you spell her name was so rude iv been coming here for 13 years almost every morning and today was the worst iv ever been treated. The other day I was charged double a manager fixed it and today this rude girl. I asked for not warm banana bread and it was given to me warm I said I don't want them warm she said (can't fix that, next time let us know first) excuse me? Just tAke it back and fix it but noooo. I guess Dunkin is going to be the new spot

Everytime (nearly every morning) i order a caramel machiato, it is filled with half foam. I order a venti and recieve a grande's worth of liquid. The mixture is incrediblly to strong. Please fix and train your employees how to make it properly. I am tired of beng ripped off from this place.

Honestly been disappointed every time I've been here. Drinks are less full than other locations and they use way more ice. It sucks to pay $6 for a coffee and have it only be half full.

I come to this location probably every other day if not everyday and have never had this experience. This employee handed me my food and drink without saying a word, absolutely no hospitality and got an attitude when I wanted a straw. If you hate your job go somewhere else. This happened at 4:22pm on 10/4. It was a guy, he had a hat on at the time. His attitude needs to stay in the back.

My first AND last time ordering at this location! The barista (short platinum hair, multiple facial piercings, Caucasian) was rude and got super heated at me for not ordering at a box that’s literally hidden behind their tree. Also, I ordered during sunset so it was even harder to see it. I already told her that I usually order at the box and that I simply didn’t see it (knowing it was my first time here). I understand there are rules, but she honestly didn’t need to be a drama queen about it. At that point she was arguing and then rolled her eyes when I just asked for my drink. After she handed my drink she literally threw trash on my car and a straw on my face. I asked for a manager, even she ain’t doing nothing about it. No apology, not asking if I’m okay, letting her employees literally ASSAULT me that I had to call the cops. After an officer showed up, THEN they finally apologized. ? Y’all for real needa do better on the training, especially with crazy employees who lack self control and are only there for the paycheck. ?? (attached is the photo of where I got hit btw)

Edit (in response to owner): The fact that you copy and paste the same message on all 1 star reviews prove that y’all don’t take these matters seriously. I could care less how bad y'all's day was; that still doesn’t make y’all entitled to provide crappy service and hit people. Do better and wake up!
