I’ve never really had an issue with Starbucks before but this location will not give you the size drink that you pay for, they’ll give you a smaller one and then close the window before you can say anything about it. Not coming back here for sure

After stopping by the mall to come to Starbucks on my way to work after walking through the whole mall at 9:24 a.m. Starbucks was closed online hours say they opened at 9:00 The little metal spring that wraps around is open about 4 in but they are not taking orders. Very upset because I decided to stop here at the mall to try the Starbucks here and now I don't have time to stop at another one before I have to be at work

I visited a Starbucks inside a mall this weekend. It's the only place in the mall where you can find coffee, which is quite convenient. However, I had to wait for about 10 minutes to get my drink. The wait was a bit long, but the coffee was worth it. If you're in the mall and need a caffeine fix, this Starbucks is your go-to spot. Just be prepared for a possible wait.

Dirty, unsanitary, and completely unorganized. Workers are just stand there doing nothing. I ordered a Matcha green tea, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Horrible operation, and manager should have been fired a long time ago. Very ineffective operation!!
