The 5200 N May location has the kindest staff that go out of their way for a one of a kind customer experience.
I was sitting in the lobby with my mom after a serious Christmas shopping spree when a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong drink. She politely asked for the hot drink to be poured over ice but instead the barista crafted a brand new drink. The customer continued to state that it wasn’t necessary but the barista kept saying, “Absolutely no bother at all. Pouring over ice just won’t taste right.”
I was so impressed because this element has been lost from customer service for such a long time.
And the line was exceptionally long but she took the time to correct the situation and with a very pleasant demeanor and disposition. She was a tall young lady with black hair but I couldn’t see her name tag.

Genocide is wrong. It will never be right. Also punishing your employees for unionizing shows how much of a disgusting business you have here. Run don’t walk to your LOCAL coffee shop. These guys like seeing dead babies.

Tylor is definitely one of the best. Another store, wrong coffee, this store on way to work & she fixed others mistake without a thought. Great service! I visit 2 stores often & both excellent! This customer service stood out though!
