The coffee and Frappuccino are delicious; However, pumpkin bread is always served cold to me. I visit this store daily at 10:00 am. because it is the closest to me, but I don't know how to get my bread served hot or warm, not iced. I'm sorry to say this, but I have to gently warm it each day using the warm air from my car.

After Christmas, it's a bit quiet, but not quiet at 7-11, especially next to the store.

Store regularly gets single online orders of 20-30 drinks along with the normal 1 or 2 drink online orders.
When you are physically in the store, you are forced to wait on not only the large order to be filled - for someone who isn't there - but then for the backlog of orders that came in in that time for, once again, people who are not there.
Meanwhile the second machine for the drive thru becomes idle and it's operator stands there with his/her thumb up their...well you get the idea. No thought of "let me do this drink for this person actually standing here."
I've had this experience MULTIPLE times at multiple locations. It's becoming more and more frequent and it's mind boggling to be forced to sit and wait on a drink order for 15 or 20 minutes when you are literally the only non-employee in the store.
Go ahead....prioritize your app. Congratulations: You've lost a daily customer of 32 years. I'M DONE!!

I’ve been to many Starbucks around Oklahoma and other states for around 4 years. This place has the best, freshest coffee with no grounds in it. The staff at this location is amazing. They get my order right every time. Other Starbucks has grounds in the coffee and it tasted old. It seems like other locations don’t take pride in their work. This place has high quality coffee and workers. Highly recommend to anyone traveling or just want to have great coffee!

This location is hit and miss, more miss than hit. This will literally be my last time going here. Only reason I stop here is because it's right around the corner from my house. At this point, I'll drive to get better quality products. This pumpkin spice Frappuccino was not good. It doesn't even taste like pumpkin spice. I couldn't even drink anymore causev the trade is just so off. This whole order was a waste of my $20 honestly. No more buying fun NW Expressway location. I'll go to the one on May, or on 63rd
