This is a small Starbucks with no immediate parking it's on a raised parking lot around it it's not a far walk to get to it but it's not parking right in front of the building either. The drive-thru is built in tightly around the building and is kind of small but they move extremely fast getting cars in and out and less time than you would think possible especially when ordering things like Frappuccinos which I always do hahaDietary restrictions: They clearly Mark all of their food items with calories and they have low carb options as well.Parking: The girl who worked the window was very cute kind helpful and attentive they were very fast at their job.Kid-friendliness: More of an adult setting really but they have sweets and non coffee drinks as well they also have free Wi-Fi that the kids could use.

Just recently I got a Turkey Presto sandwich and I was very upset to have gotten back home and discover that only half of my sandwich had anything on it. Don’t really see how it’s “carefully prepared” when things like this happen.
Top of the line the atmosphere was totally different from the one I visited in Shawnee the one in Shawnee disappointed us so bad the lady that took our order barely acknowledged we were there just took our order and our money I'm not really a complainer but after that the two young ladies that were preparing our order to twenty minutes to fill it two drinks times twenty minutes adds up to ten minutes a drink the one in OKC acknowledge us was very kind took our order and our money and thanked us the preparer's had our order in done in just a few minutes go Starbucks OKC you won my confidence back Shame on you Shawnee Starbucks

This Starbucks location off of Northwest Expressway is always well staffed and very efficient. The drive-through can get a little backed up into the parking lot, but they do a great job of getting people through the line. It is located perfectly off the highway for easy access. The employees are always very respectful and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access into the store.

I went through the drive through and showed my app, asked a a question about the rewards app and without looking at it the manager called me a scammer. I had them look at it, they said Corporate didn’t tell them anything about the holiday fun they have listed on the app and treated me very poorly with attitude.
