I wish I could be a 0 star rating! Went yesterday I entered and Like I’m a ghost no one said hello, just looking at me upset why I dunno, we’re like 4-5 persons waited a good time til someone has the decency to acknowledge us. Then she proceeded to be rude like wow ! Never again to this location this was yesterday morning. All but women working looking mad just one smile at me that’s all. I don’t seek for people attention or anything but geez they need to look more friendly at least! 0 customer service.

Had a haircut appointment at 12 left at the house to go grab a cup of coffee at 11:40 and didn’t receive my coffee all the way up until 1230. Yeah I understand if you were understaffed and very busy but seriously come on guys and not even to mention the fact that Both of the coffees that I received were overfilled to the point that they spilled in my cupholders and the lid popped off and now I have to spend even more money to go have my car detailed to get the coffee stains out of my car. It was just an entire disaster go to Dunkin.

As much as food and drinks are you would think you would have restrooms for paying customers. I used my lunch break to come by for food but couldn't even use the bathroom. Maybe you all should close the lobby or make a sign that says no restroom. I won't be back to this location.
