As much as food and drinks are you would think you would have restrooms for paying customers. I used my lunch break to come by for food but couldn't even use the bathroom. Maybe you all should close the lobby or make a sign that says no restroom. I won't be back to this location.

Edited 4/10/25 One week later, stopped by and decided to try them again. Same issue. You guys are TERRIBLE. Guess I need to find a local coffee shop, apparently you don't respect the fact that I choose to spend my money with you.
I ordered the same drink 5 times this week. They made it wrong 3 times. It only has three ingredients. Need to do better folks

This particular Starbucks on i-240 & Penn makes the absolute best drinks of any Starbucks in the city! Every drink I order from there is consistently and exceptionally good. Not to mention the staff is always so friendly, unlike most other stores, and it's always clean inside.

Another Starbucks that didn't have dark roast. Instead of brewing more. Gave me a pour over. Didn't even ask if that's what i wanted. This was in the morning crowd.
