We showed up thinking we could sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a hot tea and 2 muffins sadly there wasn't any place to sit. As expected the tea we ordered was hot, the coffee on the other hand was luke warm at best. You couldn't even taste the caramel flavoring that we asked for. They should've warmed the milk before adding it to the coffee. And the caramel flavoring we asked for probably would have been nice if we could taste it. The muffin we ordered was dry and sucked the moisture from our mouths. I'm guessing that the muffins were NOT as fresh as they claimed. I remember when Starbucks was a nice place to get a Really good cup of Coffee. Although the service we received was with a smile and very professional the quality of their product seems to have gone downhill.

Every time I come here, they never put the stopper in the top that prevents the coffee from coming out. I always place an order online before work so I’m usually in and out. It never fails, there’s always coffee coming out the minute I hit the door so I always head to work with coffee stains and it’s not like the stoppers are set out where customers have access to them. You have to wait for someone to become available to hand you so don’t let it busy.

I have been going here every day for years. It is busy sometimes but it's also right off the freeway. The employees are wonderful and do their best to accommodate everyone. There are times, like today, where you get a horrible customer, who will then write a bad review (she literally kept changing how she wanted the drink made after they would start making it, then grabbed someone else's drink) If you're like this, please stay out of any public place. You need to learn how to be a good human. Great place and great service

The devil was doing his finest work this morning. Just left here right after being there for 15 minutes. Timed it out so I could to make it to work and get a drink. She literally asked if I wanted my almond milk sugar cookie latte hot, and I said “YES, ITS HOT”. Then they proceeded to make me an ICE COLD drink when it’s 20° outside. Why confirm that I want my drink HOT and then proceed to make it COLD? On top of that, when I got to the pay window, she took several more orders before opening the window to help me pay for my stuff. Then proceeds to walk around the register. Like girl! So after making me the wrong drink and then not remaking it-because they made several more drinks that weren’t mine and kept putting other drinks near the register…if I’m the first car and you need to remake my drink, why would you prioritize cars behind me when I’m first? This is pure logic. No one else is going anywhere if the first car doesn’t receive their order?? I ask for a refund because at this point I’m late for work. I don’t want the drink anymore. Then girl caught an even bigger attitude. LIKE, YOU made the drink WRONG when I communicated what I wanted. YOU made it wrong! So give me my money back. Some Hispanic dude with glasses and Hispanic girl with long hair. Just had nasty attitudes. I had no reason to be upset until I saw they weren’t remaking the drink and asked for a refund. WHY are YOU mad!??

Coverted to an order pickup location without tables and chairs, this location remains my go-to Starbucks when we visit family in Oklahoma City. Over the years, every single order is flawless and staff is friendly and helpful. I wish the locations near me in Fort Worth were as consistent. Kudos to everyone there, including management. I hope you guys are there for years to come!
