Too expensive now, and handing the card reader out of the window for a tip is the absolute rudest thing anyone has ever done. Period

Tired of them always closing early. It's 10 minutes before 9 and they turn everything off. I go to the window, they are in the back. I try to go inside before 9 pm, they hide. Terrible customer service.

6 months ago I gave this location a 5 star review. I just had to drop it down to 1 star. A couple of days ago I went into the store a d ordered. When I got my order it wasn't what I ordered some old lady was arguing with me that my order was correct and that she wouldn't remake it for me. I think her name was Wendy. I was running late for work so I figured I'd just call the manager. When I called on my break I called 6 times in a row and was hung up on every time.
I go to Starbucks everyday for the last 1 1/2 years weekly I spend $77 on coffee from here. Usually I go to 36th & May or 23rd & Robinson, the mangers and employees from these 2 locations are very friendly and professional. I’ve never had any issues from these locations. About 2 weeks ago I started going to this other location. One day I made a mobile order for the drive thru, when I made the order it said I had a personal cup. Well that day I forgot my personal cup. Wendy the employee went on a 2 minute rant about how I got a 10 cent discount that I shouldn’t have gotten because I didn’t have my personal cup. Wendy was very rude and unprofessional. Every day after this when I made a mobile order and went to the speaker box to give them my name for the order they asked me if I had my personal cup and the employees were very rude when they asked me this question. I spoke to the manager who wasn’t any help nor did she offer a solution. About a week later I was told that it’s now policy for them to ask you if you have your personal cup at the speaker box when ordering ahead. It’s clear to me that this policy was put into place only for me. I know this because I had my husband and 3 of my kids order online with personal cups and they weren’t harassed in the drive thru. I have a dash cam that can see 4 ways and records all audio. I will be posting my interactions with Wendy’s rant and other rude employees on all my social media accounts soon.
They messed up my drink yesterday, normally I wouldn’t care but when it’s a $6-7 drink & I paid extra for something in it, I’m going to ask to have it remade. I called because I couldn’t come back because I was already at work & asked if I could come the next day to have it fixed. I was hung up on 3 times & finally someone actually talked to me the fourth call I made. I explained to the manager on duty (who had attitude from the jump) what had happened and instead of just saying she’d fix it she lectured me about how her barista made it right and that I ordered the drink I drink every day wrong. I also used to work for Starbucks for 3 years so I’m aware of how things are made to standard & aware of how it should taste. She kept cutting me off & finally I asked her “are you telling me I’m SOL or what” because it had been 5 minutes of her just being condescending to which she rudely said “no I said I was gonna remake it” which no, she never said that because she was too busy going on about how they made it right when they didn’t. This is the rudest and worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Go to the one on council
Seems like they’re constantly short staffed, which sucks for the staff that is there. Constantly closing the lobby. Not sure if the manager is even trying to help the staff or not but it definitely sucks, I’ve tried coming 4 different times and 3/4 times the lobby was closed and there was only one barista on site. Sounds like they have bad management and are burning out the staff.

This Starbucks is on my way to work. I usually stop in the mornings at least twice a week. Sometimes in the evening on my way home. This is by far the worst store that I go to. If there was another coffee shop close by I wouldn't be stopping here again. I always order a grande mocha extra stirred. The so called Starbusck swirl doesn't mix up the mocha in the bottom of the cup. It's like an inconvenience to stir a cup of coffee. This morning I asked again for stirred all the way to the bottom. The lady that gave me the coffee at the window handed it to me without a sleeve. I asked for one, usually they will put it on, oh not this girl, it was to much of an inconvenience, when it should have been put on before it was handed to me. Also the smirk on her face, was really not appealing. I am a believer of the customer is not always right. When you are providing a service, if the request the customer ask, shouldn't be hard to fulfill. I really wish someone would open a summer moon in the corner.

Got the new apple oatmilk shaken espresso I believe is the name. What a mouthful, but the Team there was top notch. Some egg bites for the protein and I was out in a couple minutes. Thank you ??

I've loved & craved Starbucks coffee for years. I need my coffee roasted dark for both my own personal taste & so that I don't get stomach upset. And Starbucks does it just right. They also have blonde roast for those who like it that way. My new favorite drink is the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso w/ nice high caffeine content and a beautiful flavor. Yum.

Kid-friendliness: Always very kid friendly and patio for my dog too.
