What has happened to this place? I decided to give it another chance thinking the prior visits were just a fluke. I ordered a Turkey Panini... the girl that took my order pointed and said "they're right there". I said okay, "can you heat it for me?", for which she did. When it was ready, I saw they hadn't put the spicy mayo that usually comes with it in the box so I asked for some. The lady with the reddish/ginger hair, scowled at me and said "we're out. We've been out for 3 weeks", honestly quite rudely. So i asked if they had anything else because who wants to eat a dry sandwich? All she replied was, "want a refund"- still scowling. So I just replied "sure". The customer service here just isn't nice any more. I am not someone who thinks the custom is always right...but they could make somewhat of an effort to be friendly, or at the very least, polite.

Iced americano and lemon poppy muffin were good! Staff was kind and very fast. Lots of seating, tons of outlets for chargers, and good place to sit and hang out.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance with lots of low tables that a wheelchair can easily be at.

Parking: This can be a busy downtown location, it may be best to walk from your hotel or be prepared to walk a block or two.
Kid-friendliness: Perhaps for older kids, tweens and up. I did not see any little kid type of menu items.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have standard wheelchair accessibility.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a sugar free coffe and they made it wrong. Not a big deal, I went back and asked to get it remade. To my surprise, THEY DID NOT USE SUGAR FREE SYRUP! and how do you think I find out? Because I got extremely sick after. Also, the coffee, for the second time, had the wrong syrup flavor. On top of it, the barista who did my coffee was rude when I asked for the remake. I even said thank you, and she said nothing. She was just mad. Well, maybe i wouldn't have asked for a remake if it was right in the first place? Seriously, it's a horrible place. They don't take good care of your orders. I work in the area and go there frequently. I would like to say this is the first time I've had a bad experience, but it's not.

I absolutely love Stella Nova's toasted cinnamon cold foam cold brew. It's become my go-to, but I've never been disappointed with another option either. I get the egg bites on the regular. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

i ordered a salted caramel latte and it tasted like milk and sugar with a drop of espresso. i prefer a bolder flavor, the coffee was too mild in this. atmosphere was okay.
I stop into the downtown location most weekdays. I always receive the best service and everyone treats me like a friend. Sydney always greets everyone with a smile.

The two baristas behind the counter are very welcoming. They were very helpful when asked if the oatmeal I bought could be heated up. Then asked for the wifi password, and they said, "sure! It's around the corner." By the way, the password is, "stellanova". Wonderful customer service overall. It was great last time, but even better this time.

On 3/14/2024 at 9:00am I ordered a French Vanilla Iced Coffee with Extra Cream and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese English Muffin.I received a drink with hardly any cream and an English muffin with the thinnest bacon, you could see through it.I asked for more cream and was told its over on there, meaning the condiments counter.My sandwich was forgotten about, and I had to ask for it.Then my friend ordered a drink with whipped cream and was given about a tablespoon worth.They asked her do you want to wait for more; yes, obviously because that’s what the drink is.Lastly another gentleman ordered a drink with cream and was told if you want it, its over there.
