Bad customer service , all of our drinks came out bad and the girl with ginger hair was rude to us and just through our desserts on the table and they were cold ! would not recommend at all and our desserts came with hair and when i called they hung up

On 3/14/2024 at 9:00am I ordered a French Vanilla Iced Coffee with Extra Cream and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese English Muffin.I received a drink with hardly any cream and an English muffin with the thinnest bacon, you could see through it.I asked for more cream and was told its over on there, meaning the condiments counter.My sandwich was forgotten about, and I had to ask for it.Then my friend ordered a drink with whipped cream and was given about a tablespoon worth.They asked her do you want to wait for more; yes, obviously because that’s what the drink is.Lastly another gentleman ordered a drink with cream and was told if you want it, its over there.

Stopped in for a quick americano. Nice environment to get some work done. You do need to pay for parking but that’s expected when you’re down town.

I went in on MLK. Their selection of baked goods was basically empty. Very underwhelming experience and I bought a caramel cookie to at least try something. I will not be back and I do not recommend this coffee shop.

UPDATE:January 4,2024My husband was so bothered that I was disappointed enough to leave a negative review, he called the assistant manager the next day — the manager called him back either the same day or the next — both leads apologized profusely and were equally disappointed by our experience. My husband was refunded his money and I have faith that our next experience will return to our anticipated standard :)Original:January 3, 2024Preface: we hold meetings with potential clients at StellaNova because 1. great (strong!) coffee I crave ??? 2. walking distance to my day job so I can easily take a work break and support my husband and business partner with his day job as an entrepreneur — we’ve been here a LOT! Today was our first disappointing experience. I love to give praise and despise leaving negative reviews, but this was bothersome.We were watching/mindful of the time; we started our meeting at 2:30 and SN closes at 5 (we checked, we have never stayed so late), I let our guest know we had ten minutes left and needed to wrap up.As we were ending our conversation, our barista barked over the counter to us that they would be closing in five minutes “do you want a to go bag?” motioning to our guest’s uneaten pastry “no, we couldn’t eat it — it broke our plastic fork” NO offer of ‘can I get you something else to go?’ or ‘I’m sorry to hear that…’ instead we got “I just wanted the plate so I could wash it” curtly — I was so stunned I didn’t know what to say.We promptly left and let a gentleman know who was about to walk in to get a quick afternoon coffee that the barista wasn’t serving anything else today so he left too.I’m disappointed that our guest, whom we invited to meet us at StellaNova, that this was his first and only experience.Golden Acorn is right across the street, I guess we’ll suggest meeting our next potential client there, perhaps they’re more appreciative of their regular patrons and take more pride in the quality of pastry items they serve.

Great coffee shop downtown. Extensive menu of speciality drinks and some prepackaged food. I’ve only had coffee but the sandwiches look good.Plenty of room to work and plugins to charge devices.
Probably the best baristas in the city, excellent quality coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. They even have excellent ice cream imported from Ohio, bespoke asymmetrically-cut bagels, and cool merch!

Tasty assortment of sweet and savory sandwiches, muffins, scones and pastries. I'm just a coffee person and I have not had any lattes or the like. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's a new chain coffee shop, that won't give Starbucks a run for their money anytime soon. I've been twice now, and I can say that the coffee drinks are Soso, that much better than what you would make it home. The chicken and waffles, which was a chicken sausage patty, was OK. The blueberry scone was so so I've had better. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was actually pretty decent although you didn't get much bacon for the cost. Last the egg bites were definitely packaged egg bites that you could taste were pre-prepared and full of preservatives, and definitely not better than Starbucks. With so many offerings in Oklahoma City for coffee/breakfast stops. This is one that I will probably pass on in the future.
