Such a great little place! The staff is so welcoming, the food and drinks so yummy and the chill atmosphere perfect. It’s a good place to chat with a friend, get some work done, or read a book. Big windows let in lots of light but I quickly forgot the building was on a busy street because of the adorable interior. Great way to spend my afternoon

Lots of people just standing around while people wait in line. I ordered a stores frappe and it was nothing like the picture and it tasted god awful. I use to like this place but the quality and service has gone down hill since they changed owners. I won't be coming here again.

I am so heart broken about this place. I used to go here faithfully, and want to support local...but the last 4-5 times I've gone i have regretted giving them my money. It has been a variety of different drinks that have been disappointing. I can't justify going back anymore.

The employee taking our order and handing our food/drink through the drive-thru was smiling and had good energy. Very few places make the first impression amazing, this was a great first visit! I recommend the white iced mocha, breakfast wrap, and English muffin sandwich.

The rude teller working the drive thru this evening spoiled the good rating that I would have given otherwise.
I ordered a small carmel and hazelnut latte drink, and they recorded it correctly, but made it wrongly: they put honey in it instead of hazelnut. No big deal - mistakes happen. The barista said she would remake it, and was pleasant enough.
But then nearly 15 minutes later I was still waiting for my drink, and other folks who ordered after me were being served. I finally left, having paid my $7 for nothing. I do not plan to return.

Decided to give this place a try, and won't be back. Had to repeat my one drink order to the barista at least 3 times, who just sounded like they didn't want to be there. Paid for the world's smallest and most expensive medium, and was never even offered a straw. Definitely not worth it.

The coffee is very mid if you don’t get a flavored drink. bitter for drip coffee, iced is a bit better but I’d stick to the flavored drinks.
That being said-the vibe is pretty cool here, looks like a good hangout spot. Staff was nice too

A group of friends and I went to this location today to create some posters. The workers there: Eli, Owen, & Braiden created a great atmosphere to be in and ensured that we had everything we needed. We sat there for 3 hours. I rarely get any interaction from people but they truly made my day. Their dedication towards creating a peaceful and safe space was clearly seen. If this review gets anywhere, I truly hope their good work is recognized. I’m definitely going to be a returning customer.
