I came to this location at 7 PM on a Monday, store closes at 8PM and was told there was only one more loaf of bread to serve because the rest were for morning shift. Apparently, Mariah is not a good supervisor because the poor teenager that wanted to serve me was willing to charge his phone to call her because they only have a limited supply of bread and I couldn't order 2 foot longs.

Leon helped me out a few days ago and made me one of the best subway sandwiches me and my wife have EVER had.. customer service was on point, gave me and her a few laughs at the same time. I hope the manager see this because that employee of yours DESERVES a raise! Great job Leon, ill definitely be coming back to that particular subway in the future!

The store manager is an interesting woman in a bad way. One of her employees complained about not having an off day in 17 days and he still made one of the best sandwiches that I have ever had! Shout out to Leon! But the atorre manager was very condescending and controlling as I had asked the employee about using the app and coupons because subway has gotten expensive and she interrupted and they don’t even accept coupons lol. Don’t eat there unless Leon is there.

Why have the option on the app to order Italian herbs and cheese when they are out of the bread? I show up and my sandwich is completely different than when I ordered. They substituted the Italian herbs and cheese bread for plain white bread and didn't even toast it. The presentation was completely messy and it was cold. Unacceptable 0/10. Would not recommend.

Ordered online, got confirmation that it was ready for pickup. Got there & sandwiches hadn't even been made yet, one guy working & another person in the back not doing nothing. Guy took care of the 3 people that were already in line when I got there. Sandwiches were trash, more sauce than meat but the guy working was working his ass off, so I appreciate his drive
Stood in line for 20 minutes. When it was my time to order she looked at me and said she couldn't fix my order because she was fixing to shut down for the evening. Could of told me that 20 minutes ago. Won't be back...
