Why have the option on the app to order Italian herbs and cheese when they are out of the bread? I show up and my sandwich is completely different than when I ordered. They substituted the Italian herbs and cheese bread for plain white bread and didn't even toast it. The presentation was completely messy and it was cold. Unacceptable 0/10. Would not recommend.

Ordered online, got confirmation that it was ready for pickup. Got there & sandwiches hadn't even been made yet, one guy working & another person in the back not doing nothing. Guy took care of the 3 people that were already in line when I got there. Sandwiches were trash, more sauce than meat but the guy working was working his ass off, so I appreciate his drive

This is the worst sandwich I have ever received from Subway. I ordered online and doordash picked up and delivered promptly. But the chicken bacon ranch sub was horrible. It was so bad we're took it back to the store and asked them to fix our remake it. They outright refused and when my husband asked to speak to the manager we were told that no one was there. We then asked to call her and then the person called the manager Mariah refused to come in stating it was after hours. When I told the cashier to just throw away the sandwich, she refused and told me to throw it away myself.This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I paid 13.99 for as sandwich that was horrible I still can't find the chicken
It was an above average experience here. I ordered ahead so I was in and out pretty quick. Not a bad spot. If you're looking to grab a sub I would recommend it.

I come here all the time and have great service but today is the only day that I've had anything negative here. I walked in at about 7:47pm the guy working tells me he has alot of stuff to do before he closes at 8 so he's not helping me. It wouldn't have taken 5 minutes to make my order. I understand there are closing duties but anywhere I've worked we had to do them after we closed, and still had to take care of customers til close. Just kinda rubbed me wrong.
