I was the only person at the counter for more than five minutes, the attendant was on the phone the entire time. Could not even get a "hey I will be with you in a minute response". Ended up leaving without any interaction with the attendant.

Pretty disappointed actually. You've got one worker, that's obviously flustered and doesn't want to make anymore orders. Then why have your establishment open at this time. If you're not going to find help for your restaurant then close the business. We specifically came here because really wanted Subway and the one on 29th is a complete disaster and they won't even serve you half the time. So came here in hopes we would have a decent experience. Didn't even get to order. Are y'all suffering that bad from the fallen economy? I mean I guess I get it. Everyone is. But again, amend your hours if you can't serve people..??

The customer service is poor. If you are ordering from the app you may want to check your food because they mess it up, don't have everything you want, and don't make it how you ask them to.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a subway in years. Young girl was very nice and made my sandwich the way I requested. All veggies were fresh and area looked cleaned.

I loved working here but the manager at the time was just not the best. I found out I had a tumor in my neck and I have one on my brain she was to demanding and needy not understanding and not running this subway the way a health inspector would want it. I’m hoping this manager is no longer employed there I had to quit because of her. I totally lost it mentally because of her God for bid what this lady probably told corporate but at this point I don’t care because she said corporate don’t care about nobody anyway, but one thing I can hope for is they got the fly problem taken care of because that was just nasty and embarrassing. And employees are way under paid. As an ex-employee, I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. Unless they have improved their staff and store.

tj lost about six customers because it took him thirty minutes three sandwiches. He didn't seem to grasp the concept of starting one sandwich and doing the next while it's toasting, forcing couples to wait for him to slowly shamble down the line with one person just to be told there's a second sandwich
Everytime I come to this subway their icee machine is broke I guess they to cheap to make sure their equipment works or don't care to get it fix if you not going to fix just get rid of it

The girl making my sandwich put way less meat and cheese on than my sandwiches have ever gotten. She put the ingredients on very unevenly, didn't bother trying to spread them out. She put the wrong sauces on when I said loud and clearly what sauces I wanted, and she was by far the slowest worker at any restaurant I've ever seen. On top of that, subway raised their PRICES AGAIN. I paid almost $13 for 3 slices of cheese with a small handful of turkey on a footlong. I wasn't rude or disrespectful to this girl at all. I don't know if she had health problems or was just a bad worker. Before she helped me she stood there at the assembly line chatting with a coworker about someone else working there and then stared off into space for several minutes instead of helping customers.

Got a sandwich for work and it had a nail in it and the manger only denied it that she could only do something if I kept the sandwich even though I have a picture of it and a witness
