They only serve people with there skin colorBackground infoMe and my partner we work for door dash and we had a order to pick we got there they was to buy playing on there phones so we said can we get some help no response then people that was the same color as the employee got service but since we was different we got treated differently. This was around 4-4:30ish Jan 30,2024Only way you can get service if you are African American peopleIf you want service you have to not be white

I’m starting to think it must be a job interview question how much drugs they do. Every time I go here the employees are so high on drugs they fall asleep and mumble or ask what sandwich 10 times.Won’t ever come back to this location.

Ms. Kathy was in there working extremely hard with a huge line, she stayed friendly and made my sub perfect. The air is not working in the store and it is extremely hot in there, I felt sick standing in line, I can not imagine how she feels. Thank you Ms. Kathy I hope they get your air fixed, no one deserves to work like that. It seems every subway is understaffed, which is very unfortunate for the employees and the customers. There’s nothing about Subway that’s a one person job.

Both sandwiches were wrong the meatball and pepperoni had no pepperoni forgot the cheese on the other sandwich. The other left off the cheese and both were 12lb h instead of 6 inch but I could care less about that. And they don’t pick up the phone to help you.

The lady today didn't listen, charged us for more , and insisted we were wrong, I eventually get my money back but not before the cashier lady laughed in my face and told me I was wrong the help here sux!

I came in 2/1/23 at 12:30, just as one woman was leaving to go to another store that is short staffed. The woman who helped me is pregnant, and I failed to get her name but just wanted to let the owner know each time I come in she and the woman who left are ALWAYS there and ALWAYS so kind. After the coworker left, the pregnant woman was the only one there, the card machine wasn’t working, big lunch rush and STILL so nice! Glad I came.

Maybe have a conversation with Mary about sticking to the Subway guidelines for how to build a sandwich. I want my sub made the right way. It's called Subway not Marysway. Tomatoes dont go on top for a reason. Her sandwiches are sloppy and she is so rude.

I walked in at 11:45 on Saturday, the employee was sitting down eating her lunch, and she immediately threw her hands up in the air and stared at me until I decided to leave. I understand that everyone needs a break to eat, but please don’t take it out on random customers. I will not return to this location
