This particular location has rude and non-caring staff for food quality or interpersonal communication. Additionally, if you go in upset because your order was wrong and you had to drive all the way back since the sandwich was inedible then you also get cursed at and condescension as they argue with you over the order. Just astounding behavior.

The gentleman working Saturday evening around 5pm was absolutely amazing. I had 2 call ahead orders & 1 in person order totaling 9 different sandwiches. He was amazing friendly, so quick, highly recommend

Sooooo, I was in the store and placed this order on the website. After placing my order, do you know what was stated to me? Thanks for asking...😆 The team member stated to me that he received my order and that I made it hard and is making him work to complete my order. I supposed it was due to the fact I requested every vegetable!! Was that a joke? Look at what I ordered [$8.59] compared to what I received. I did not feel the need to check because I trusted him to complete the order correctly. I did not notice until I started eating on the drive to Tulsa. I was not turning back!!!

I order 4 footlongs and the instructions. We're clear I order the same 4 footlongs everytime. They gave my son food with no mayo no dressing. They always mess up on. My orders. Im done ordering from this place

The price is reasonable and the manager working was very nice and helped tremendously. We are new to the area and will definitely go back and see her again.
Just wanted to say that Felicia is amazing employee. She's a very hard worker most of the time I come there for a sub or cookie and she tells me she worked a double that day in the morning she's in Choctaw and afternoon in midwest city. She always makes my sub sandwich perfect the way I like them and she always has uplifting personality and has conversations with me and the other customers plus to add she's always smiling even if she is tired. I hope subway gives her a raise for her dedication to her job. And honestly this store on 23rd is now the only one I will go too because of her dedication.

Old lady there seems to hate when people come to order food. No greetings or positive vibes and gets an attitude when you can barely hear her. Younger lady there is always nice though. Quality is ok

Excellent service first time I've ate Subway in years me and my husband stopped there after Starbucks and I got a veggie sub it was excellent and I can't wait to go back

Worst experience ever in a subway , there was an older white lady that was VERY disrespectful, she has the worst attitude I've ever seen hands down. After she kept trying to rush the lady in front me she also rushed to me to order and even after rushing us she didn't remember anything we said and still went back to the lady and said What was your order, same with me re asking me what I wanted after rushing us. I automatically started recording so I do have the video but less than 2 minutes into the video the guy that was in front of the line got very very frustrated with his service and voiced it. So all 4 people in line walked out the store it was not a pleasant atmosphere at all. I would never recommend anyone eat here ever.
