This subway on,23rd and Douglas has joined the ranks of the other places We refused to go any more. We're not asking for anything extra just our money's worth.we refused to be used.so corporate when Ugo out of business remember this. U S seniors are on fixed incomes. And some of us can't work

Berly any chicken or veggies on the sandwichs. I thought it was just a one time thing. So I ordered some again but same thing berly any chicken or veggies. I rather drive further down the road they make them alot better then this lady at this location.

Ordered online. My sandwich was cold and the chicken seemed like she scrapped the last bits of chicken and sprinkled it on my sub…. It didn’t cover the base of my sandwich10/10 I would NOT Recommend
LEAVING AN OLD WOMAN THERE TO WORK BY HERSELF IS WRONG!!! EVERYTIME I GO HERE, ITS HER BY HERSELF AND IT TAKES ALMOST A HALF HOUR TO GET MY FOOD LITERALLY EVERYTIME I'M THERE NO MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN LINE. SHE'S POLITE AND FOR HER AGE ISN'T THAT SLOW BUT SHE'S PROBABLY AT LEAST 70 SO YEAH. SHES SLOW. SHE NEEDS HELP AND WHOEVER OWNS THIS STORE IS TOO CHEAP TO HIRE PEOPLE.

Only one worker! Flies everywhere. Sandwich toppings were placed wrong so I had to eat it like a taco. Honestly the worst subway in MidWest city. The next closest is okay. But do yourself a favor and go to the one on Air Depot!

It's my neighborhood Subway but every time we go there it's always over an hour wait it's really ridiculous they should hire some help everytime we go in there that old woman is in there by herself and she cannot keep up with the amount of customers that come in that Subway on a day-to-day basis something needs to be

Had issues with an order and complained and was emailed saying they were sorry and would send coupons and here it is a month later and still nothing, not even a reply to my email. Steer clear of subway, they are not worth the time or money and so far from professional.
