I got a sandwich and when I went to the car to eat it my mom went into crest and I took a first bite and there was an alive medium SPIDER in the middle of the tomato’s and lettuce !!!!!!!not good it was 2years ago and I still have not ate there ever since !!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤢💀I had to run in to crest to find my mom cause i was scared to be in the car with a spider!!!!!!
I always go inside and have never had a issue order is always correct and I love chatting with the staff and way very impressed by one gentleman who offered to salt and pepper my tomatoes on my sandwich. If you have had any issues at this location I recommend going inside because I've never had an issue
Picked up and ordered from here for years. Staff has changed, but they always treat us well and we haven't had any problems.
I made an online order picked up in store on 1/28/25. Drove downtown to hospital where my husband is admitted discovered that there was no condiment mayonnaise even though extra mayonnaise was requested on one of the sandwiches so I called the store and was told by Austin the store was out of mayonnaise and that they meant to tell me when I picked up the sandwiches. I then told Austin that “no one told me that so I could make another choice for condiment”. He said “well we meant to” I didn’t ask to speak to a manager in. Austin stated there was no manager available that the store is monitored by the cameras at night. Called the next day 1/29/25 at 2:01 pm spoke to Joseph requested to speak to a manager and was told again the manager was unavailable but Joseph took my information for the manager to contact me. Called the store today 1/30/25 after no contact from the store, I spoke to Felicia. She stated that she was the manager I explained to her what had happened she apologized for the bad Customer Service and said, unfortunately, there was nothing she could do for me as far as reimbursement without the sandwich I explained to her that we have been in the hospital for three days, and there is no refrigeration in the room, so the sandwich has been thrown away. I do not expect the entire order to be remained, but at very least compensated for the sandwich that was made incorrectly. Felicia stated that the owner of the store is very particular, and if there is no incorrectly made sandwich, they could not remake the sandwich or compensate for the sandwich when I asked to speak to the owner Felicia stated she was unable to give me the information or put me in touch with the owner I ask her what to do from here. She stated that I could contact Corperate if I wanted to. From the very first call, I have dealt with poor Customer Service, whether it is a training issue or just the employee his self I felt like escalating the call to management could resolve the situation. The second call to the store Joseph was very courteous and polite he took my contact information for the manager to reach out to me. So after not being contacted by the manager , i called the store for the third time I expected This issue to be resolved, however due to poor policy by the owner, the manager was unable to do her job and take care of the customers needs. We have used the store a few times and have never been unsatisfied but after this interaction with the store employees, and knowing the owners store policy, we will no longer use this location and will gladly share this experience with others in hopes that they do not have to deal with the same type of situation. I hope this communication can help alter training or policy standards for this company in the future.

I ordered on the app. I like the rewards and new menu options. I used a promo code and saved several dollars on my curbside order. My order was ready when I arrived and Felicia provided prompt service upon arrival!

Went in today 11/9/24 around 11 am and the girl who looked/helped was very rude. If you can’t do your job then go find another job. This location definitely needs to retrain their employees.

Idk how you would miss the other half of my sandwich, and then push the little tip jar forward for me to see. It's absolutely not for me. I won't be coming to this location, the females working in here are rude with attitudes, and im not the 1 for it, not to mention the the tables were dirty, all of them, and there only people sitting at 2 and it was not busy.

I stopped here a cpl weeks ago and it was a good sandwich, and good service. Today was another story, the lady was pleasant but seemed rushed, even though i was the only customer in line, and everything seemed ok with the sandwich making. I then get to my destination (maybe 5 min away), get out sandwich and it is disgusting, my bread was soggy, and falling apart. All the ingredients seemed to be falling all out because the bread was not stable enough to hold it. Im not sure if it is an ingredient issue (too much dressing & sauce) or a bread issue but it will be the last time i stop at this location. Please, Subway, just do better. :(
