I walked in at 7:55pm last night and was served by the rudest sandwich artist. He never made eye contact with me, and was visibly enraged by my presence in the store. This is the 2nd time I have had this artist and it is the last time I will be giving this Subway my service. Please teach your employees that without costumers they have no job in the first place.

It’s 9:20 pm I try to get something to eat the black male and a white female had the door lock already and picking up all the stuff they didn’t open the door even though it said at the door and online they close at 10 pm if they don’t wanna work or be there juts get another job don’t waisted peoples time SUBWAY please do something about your workers 👎🏻

Stopped in a little before 9pm they were already closing which according to google and the front door it’s 10pm. Hiding in the back of store to make store looked closed and lady and male employee. I walk in ask if I could get a meatball sandwich she looked annoyed said they don’t have them. It was definitely because they had closed down mopped and blocked off bathroom. When I asked for something different she was rude and slamming the items on the sandwich. Did not give me a receipt or anything. And as I’m walking out I look back and sure enough they are back to sitting in back making the store look closed. Will never be back poor location and poor attitude. Placed an order online for two sandwiches. One sandwich had an extra layer of cheese that I did not order but my girlfriend and kid's sandwich was drenched in pepper. We did not order pepper on it so it had to be intentional. Even if we had ordered pepper, there should not have been that much.

The bread on my sandwiches are hard got to the restaurant to try to get into remake it refused to remake it or give us a refund. Eventually remade one sandwich and gave us half a refund for half a sandwich that she threw away even though I still wanted my sandwich

Best subway in okc. This restaurant has the best sandwiches out of every other subway in the south okc area and the cleanest too. Every time I come here its always spotless not even a single table is messy or chairs out of place. The cleanliness and order or everything pleases my ocd in a good way.

I've made an online order 07/10/25, pick it up, got home and realized my order was totally wrong. I've tried calling the store 3 different times, but nobody answered the phone. So I've drove back to get the correct order. The guy ask what's wrong, so I've told him I've ordered the hotshot Italian and this is a meatball sandwich. He grab the sandwich and threw it in the trashcan and then ask 'What do you want'. I told him I wanted what I've order and what I've paid for. He was rude and didn't apologize for the mistake. This place have just lost their regular customer.

This is the worst Subway I’ve been to. You think I’d learn my lesson and stop giving my money to this establishment. Every single time I stop by the customer service is TERRIBLE! Today was no different. In fact it was the worst yet. I will not go back after today’s visit. Subway use to be a respectful place to grab a sandwich but the employees they hire lack customer skills.
