Worst experience I've ever had. Cashier with red hair named Megan made my sandwich wrong, and started screaming and cussing at me. Saying how she wanted to jump over the counter. She was on the phone with the manager that didn't seem to care about the problem and hung up.. definitely can not believe how horrible this girl is to customers. Immediately as I walked in, is when she showed how annoyed she was about not getting to go home.

Waiting for this person to return from ‘break’ for almost 15 minutes now according to my stop watch. Mgr needs to fire whoever is responsible for leaving the restaurant unattended

The employee seemed mad because I came in. She was rude the entire time. She handed me my food in an abrupt way and never said a word to me once transaction was over. Not a thank you or have a good day. I said please and thank you all during her making my sandwich. I tried to make light of the situation to hopefully calm her down. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never go back to the Reno Mart much less eat at their Subway ever again!

This Subway location is by far the best in the area for sure if not one of the best in Oklahoma City. This is my second time and it is by far better than the Meridian location. Also the Meridian location is closed on weekends. The thing I have been most impressed with at this location is the staff. The young woman who has work the counter by herself the last two Saturdays not only has gone out of her way to make things correct in fresh but in my book she's gone above and beyond. It's the simple things that impress people and I think too many times people forget that especially in food service. She was adding Ranch to my sandwich and it was low and there was not a backup in the fridge so rather than telling me TS like I have been told that other locations because they didn't want to go to the back to refill it because they were busy. She covered my sandwich with a paper and proceeded to go back and refill the squirt bottle with ranch. Not only was I impressed with the fact that she covered my sandwich but she also had a huge line and was only one working. When I was talking with her at the cash register I told her thank you for going out of your way to refill and give me the rest of the ranch especially since you're so busy. And here is her response of course the customer always comes first. Wow very impressed I hope that if a manager or regional manager is reading this review they give her some sort of a raise or an award. This location is attached to a Phillips 66 station that is very clean one of the nicest gas stations in the area and the gas station is attached to a MidFirst Bank. The subway part of the building is always swept and clean. I will for sure be back to this location especially as long as this woman is working. Oh and I forgot to mention that their food is pretty good too just goes to show a good customer experience can outweigh many things.

Literally just asked for mozzarella cheese on my sandwich, they said they just ran out. I said that’s fine, got provolone instead. They then proceeded to tell me I was asking for too many black olives. The girl behind me asked for mozzarella cheese, they said sure! And went to the back and got some. I’ve never really had a good experience here, but what can be done? They’re in a gas station and they don’t really seem to care.

My favorite subway! I come here a lot on my lunch breaks. They're always speedy and friendly. The manager is really nice.

Placed an order. Had to cancel prior to my pick up time. The illiterate chick who answered the phones doesn't know how to do refunds so now I have to wait for her manager who supposedly won't be there until Monday. Only picked one star because zero isn't optional. You all need some training and employees who aren't learning disabled.
