No need to toast the sandwich since it's so hot inside this place, how do you keep the food cold with it being that hot inside the store. Will basically put a single piece of spinach a sliver of onion and think that is enough. Definitely not like other subway restaurants.

Last night around 8:40 I walked into this Subway location. I waited for someone to come out, but no one did. I peeked into the kitchen area, and walked down the hallway - no one appeared to be in the restaurant. It was creepy! Eventually I walked out, and was pulling out my phone to call the police, and a young man, (customer,) walked up. I told him no one was inside. He asked me if I'd yelled, and I said no. He said he would, so we went inside and he yelled, asking if anyone was there - two times - with no response.

We were walking out when a man came rushing up from the parking lot. (Not sure if he'd come from a car or not.). He rushed past us as the other customer asked him if he worked there. He said yes. He was very rushed and brusque while making our sandwiches. It was WEIRD!

This location used to be great - and although I've had experiences there in the last couple of months that weren't this bad it's not like it used to be. It also doesn't look tidy and clean like it was in the past. I won't be back.

Overall bad experience. Services was AWFUL. Food - the most skimpy subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Mind boggled they are still in business

I’ve been eating at Subway for over 15 years—usually twice a week—and have always had a good experience. On July 10, 2025, that changed.

I came in and ordered my usual sandwich with extra onion (something I’ve always requested and never had an issue with). The person who seemed to be the manager, wearing a green shirt, was extremely rude about it. He said, “I can’t have that much onion, I have to save some for other customers!”—in a very disrespectful tone.

I understand limits might need to be set, but the way it was said felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and don’t appreciate being spoken to like that over something as simple as onions.

Just wanted to share this experience. I hope it’s addressed.

Also it wasn’t an excessive amount of onion. In the end I had the regular amount of 2 portions. The man in the green shirt was extremely rude so rude he walked away.

This place is terrible. The works have terrible attitudes. They don’t put the extra meat on the Togo orders and they somehow always seem to run out of Togo containers for ranch and never give us enough. Reallyy they lie because they are lazy and rude and don’t care. I’ve stopped going here and I suggest no one go to this crappy subway.

I will no longer be patronizing this location. My last visit, the young woman dropped my beverage cup on the floor right in front of me, then picked it up and handed it to me to use. I asked “this is my cup? The one you just dropped on the floor?” and she simply said “yes”. This current visit, a tip was added to my total. The amount was more than I expected and she wasn’t going to give me a receipt. I asked for a receipt and saw that a tip had been added. At no point in the transaction was I asked to add a tip, nor did I authorize one. I showed the same young woman as the cup incident the receipt and asked about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The man behind me ordered the same thing and it was the same price I was charged, indicating they added a tip to his, too. Very dishonest. I’ve used this location often for the past year but I will not be doing so any longer.

Very unwelcoming staff. There was a sign that stated restroom was for customers only and one of the employees rudely asked a customer who came in if he was going to order amd he stated “ Is it okay if I use the restroom first!”.

I saw the sandwich artist put items on a sandwich that the customer said he didn’t want , they took off the items and put it back in the storage containers after being on the sandwich.

My bread was stale.

The store was dirty and men’s restroom was out of paper towels.

Service was good, food was also good. But WAY too expensive for what it is. A 6" sub here costs more than a burger at The Garage. They no longer have meal deals or $5 foot long.
I will not be eating subway any longer. There are several sandwich shops that are reasonably priced.

Ask for your receipt at this location! The past 2 times my wife and I have gone here (both alone each time) they tried to get away with charging extra for a random sandwich that we didn’t order. It was the same employee both times. I don’t think he is a reflection of the rest of the team, but I would advise to check anyways.

I don't know where you get off charging $14 for a sandwich that has almost nothing on it.

Have a new, big metal lid over the meat section so you can’t see how your sandwich is being made. Takes advantage of that cover to put less than the standard meat on your sandwich. If I was able to see how my own sandwich was being made, I would’ve asked to pay for extra meat! Barely any meat on the entire footlong, the whole amount of meat is the amount that should be on one 6 inch, and this is the rotisserie style chicken so it is easier to rip people off on than the pre-cut pieces of meat. Sandwich was barely toasted. I’ll go to another subway next time!
