Have a new, big metal lid over the meat section so you can’t see how your sandwich is being made. Takes advantage of that cover to put less than the standard meat on your sandwich. If I was able to see how my own sandwich was being made, I would’ve asked to pay for extra meat! Barely any meat on the entire footlong, the whole amount of meat is the amount that should be on one 6 inch, and this is the rotisserie style chicken so it is easier to rip people off on than the pre-cut pieces of meat. Sandwich was barely toasted. I’ll go to another subway next time!

The food is always subway, to be expected. This locations service and training is terrible. Absolutely zero interest in helping the customer or following vegetable portion requests. DONT USE VISA GIFT CARDS HERE the employee was unable to figure out how to manually enter the card number as a participating chain in this gift visa. Denying their own gift cards just blows me away. The expression on her face was disgust that I wasn’t using traditional payment and refused to help further

Ordered the teriyaki blitz. Lady tried to convince me that the sweet onion dressing had the teriyaki dressing in it. As I was looking at the vegetables they were all wilted and looked very unappealing. Drove a couple of miles away to another and ordered the same thing told the guy waiting on me what happened and he just shook his head. Said they were probably just out of the teriyaki sauce and instead of just telling me they tried to lie.

I had the worst experience with the short lady who is so rude and unprofessional in serving the customers. She might be the owner but her behaviour is so bad and rude still can’t believe how she is in this position.

I’ve had rough experiences with Subway over the years from dirty restaurants to stale food to most recently, mold. Subway gave me a $10 gift card as an apology. I took it to this location. By far the best Subway I have been to in OKC. The food was very fresh. The restaurant was very clean. The worker was very nice! Will gladly go back.
