The food and service was very good, but it is very unfortunate they do not accept many of the coupons we all receive. It is very frustrating when you receive coupons in the mail, and one of the locations near you decides not to accept them. While it is the location’s right to not participate in such promotions, it is a deal breaker for me.

This is one of the cleanliess Subway locations or proably the been in. The others locations where full of dirty floors and the food was bad.
I would recommend going to the location.

Not because I'm from another country they want to make people feel less. I ordered a BMT. The people who served me only put bacon and cheese on the bread. I couldn't notice because you can't get close to the service counter.

Terrible service and employees have an attitude. Even worse, they won't accept coupons. They didn't accept my coupon that wasn't expired and just said, "we don't accept these." These are the branches that make the corporate office put 'participation may vary' on the coupons.

Wrong order again. I ordered littiraly 3 ingrediants and they put evrey ingredient on it. This is the 3rd order in a row they have just disregarded what I ask for and just make some random thing. I'm done. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If you do walk in so you can make them remake it, because they will need to.

Stopped in for a sub on the way to my book club when I realized it was my turn to bring snacks. Candis suggested I get the new footlong cookie & pretzel which worked out perfectly! I didn't have to make a 2nd stop and everyone loved the cookie and pretzel! Thanks again for the great service, Candis!

I ordered from the Subway app, the Footlong #2 (the Philly Outlaw) with a little extra meat, extra red onions, cucumbers, jalapeños, and peppercorn ranch, pickles, and black pepper. I live exactly across the street from Subway, when I got into my home, my sandwich was cold, isn’t it supposed to be a hot sandwich? The meat was cold, and it was something about the sandwich that didn’t smell right. I had them cut it in three pieces. I ate one piece and couldn’t stand to eat it anymore. It sandwich was cold, the meat was cold and the chipotle sauce smelled sour, something in the sandwich was sour, maybe the meat, I don’t know. What I do know is I vomitted all over myself, I’ve been sick all day into the night of which I am writing this complaint. Subway gave me food poisoning, I am in the bathroom so many times tonight, I can’t even go to sleep. I will be sending my complaint to the State as well because no one should be eating old and cold meat or sour sauce.
Never order online. They will not make you're sandwich correctly. They also don't answer the phone therefore I had to leave a review instead of speaking directly to them. Both sandwiches made wrong. Not one mistake several. $15 for a sandwich is a lot of money and when it's not made with the ingredients you choose it's really not worth it. There's other sandwich places nearby. It actually takes a lot for me to give a negative review and I don't do it lightly.

The lights are always on but there doesn't seem to be anyone working. I walked in and it was a ghost town. I stayed for 7 minutes and left after I said excuse me a few times for any kind of response. No idea if this location is operational. Maybe the employee was in the bathroom but there was no signage of any kind so I didn't know what was going on. Location looked very clean though.

I ordered late around 9:20- 9:30pm I understand so I apologized and thanked them. But I get home and my order is Very wrong. So I go back and get there 6-7 minutes before close to get a remake or refund. Instead was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional women sitting down in the back on her phone yelling we’re closed. Says closes at 10pm and open sign was on but food was put up early and was told nothing could be done for me while yelling and refusing to help me at all so two young men apologized and tried to help and took my information. Hope to get a refund in the morning but they definitely need a night time manger to get the place turned around. The worst costumer service I’ve ever had and I work in food so I told them I was understanding and apologized but very uncalled for.
