This subway has improved so much since the new owners are in. The new guys are nice and pay attention. My bread seems a little fresher and the food is overall better.

Ordered a 6 inch sub all American and it was really good and even though I didn't want it toasted, they did offer to toast the bacon so that it was crispy which I appreciated. I headed to a table and all the tables I looked at were dirty with crumbs so I picked the one in the corner because I had the least amount of crumbs. Mind you I was the only one in there and when I arrived there was one person in line and no one arrive after me before I left. The parking lot was mostly empty, except for the customer that got a to go order before mine and an employee's vehicle in the corner. Anyway, I sat down to eat. I decided I wanted water. When I went back up to ask for a cup for water the employee that made my sandwich be was sitting on the counter, crisscross with his shoes on the counter. late half my sandwich and decided to take the rest home. I realized there was an exit closer to my car, the double doors. I tried to go through them, but they were locked during business hours. I normally I'd say that's no big deal (despite that they should be unlocked during business hours), except for I just had shoulder surgery a few months ago and to expect door to be unlocked and push on it and not be unlocked is quite painful. Oh that employee was laughing, as well, how kind.

Store was decent, my $10 6’ sub on the other hand…. The cucumbers were soggy, and the bread tastes like it was made 3 days ago and left out ever since. It was so stale, it literally crumbled away. This was the straw on the camel’s back for me. Never again will I go to a Subway restaurant.

Makes sense why this location is one of the lowest rated subways in the city. Placed an order online to the wrong location and realized within a few minutes and prior to the sandwich being ready. Prajeet or whatever his name is refused to refund me or cancel the order ‘as he doesn’t have access’ and told me to ‘call customer care or something’.

Worst location. Not only have they messed up my order on multiple occasions, but the customer service is terrible too. Tonight was the last time I will even attempt to go to this store. Online and on the door they say they are open until 10pm, I pull in at 8:30pm wanting to grab a quick sandwich after work on my way home and the lights had been turned off as if they were closed. The workers saw that I pulled in (they were standing behind the counter on their phones) and proceeded to turn off the final light and hide in the back insinuating that they were not going to do anything else for the rest of the night. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from grown men.

I wish I could Give 0 stars. They got my sandwich all wrong. Not care at all for customer they tell u just to email the company for a refund! They don’t even have the courtesy of replacing it or anything DONT waste ur money here. Sadly most all location for Subway sucks tbh. 0%customer service;friendly 0 Subway it’s going down to the drain for all this employees the don’t care at all!!!
