DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!I would rate the food but they wouldn't give me my food ordered!! No refund! Nothing! They SD my order did not print out so I'm out of luck! I called them when I got home to get their store number and they hung up on me!!! Ridiculous!

Truly a terrible location. Don’t know how they managed to find the most uneducated people ever to work here. Asked for a subway melt and got a sandwich with steak and no cheese. if I’m gonna spend so much on a damn sandwich at least make it correctly.

It's a shame yall have customers sitting in the drive-thru window for over 10mins with nobody acknowledging them. Especially when I pulled to the window right after an order was made so the window lady saw me closed the window and walked off. The customer service of the new bigger lady yall have in there is horrible. I've seen her a few times and she always has an attitude.

For better customer service, you must serve with charisma and patience. Lupe attended to me this morning 2/28/24 and she lacks kindness, her impatient and rude attitude is negative! ??
Honestly worse manager needs to be fired she sucks wtv her name is, idk her name but she looks like a blob fish and around her 40-50s, Hispanic, overall afternoon employees are very respectful and helpful in my opinion.

Okay, so I’ve been going to this subways drive thru for a while and everything is always fine. But specifically whenever this one lady is the one helping me out something goes wrong and this last time I went it was just so ridiculous. I told her my order, one sub was a meatball sub that was a 6” and the other a turkey sub that was a 12”. She then proceeded to ask me if I still wanted chicken on my turkey and I was just so confused? I never mentioned chicken so I told her I wanted turkey (which I told her from the beginning when she was taking my order.) anyways she fixed that mistake in her notes and went inside to start my order. She heads me the order and when I get home I noticed she switched the sizes, so now I had a 12” meatball sub and a 6” turkey sub. So ugh, okay whatever, I go back and ask for the other half that I was supposed to get. Get back home again, eat one half of my turkey(that she didnt toast even though I asked her to) and when I go to grab the other half, I look and see that she put RANCH ON MY SUB ???. ranch. Instead of mayonnaise. Be so fr right now ?. Please I’m begging, pay more attention at work ma’am. On my knees fr fr begging, because how do you mess up that bad, so many times. Anyways, it’s honestly only that lady that keeps messing up every time, unfortunately I don’t know her name.
