I had the big Philly steak and cheese and I could only eat half of it, but it was, as always, a very nice put-together sandwich for a big man such as myself and my brother. We ate in the restaurant and the employees were very polite and professional as they always are. I'll be going back there for a long time. I've never had a bad Subway experience. Great place to get full and I will always have a good thing to say about it. Thank you Subway for boosting my appetite...
I was frustrated with the overall experience as I placed a mobile order and they couldn’t find it when I arrived. The team tried to help but ultimately told me I would have to reorder and the mobile order would refund. Unfortunately, it did not, so I was out the money for my mobile and had to pay for my food there. The team tried to be friendly about the scenario, but it still affected the overall experience.
