No idea how this place is still open, the orders are rarely correct. The bread is often stale the ingredients wilted the meat flavorless. And nowadays it’s expensive as all hell. Want to spend 15 $16 on a mediocre at best, sandwich… come on in.

Second time coming to this location at 9:25-30 and they are closed! It says you all close at 10 there is no reason you should be closing a whole 30-35 mins earlier! I will be calling corporate as well.

I ordered a sandwich and it was wrong, It looked like someone had put a can of cat food in my sandwich. I’m disappointed honestly and i can’t even call and tell them to make me a new one. The number doesn’t work.

I really don't like to go to a restaurant where you cannot understand the foreigner who is trying to speak ENGLISH. Then they speak down to you by speaking their language to a co worker. If you are going to buy a place in America, make sure you take ENGLISH classes first. It's rude and unprofessional. I don't expect you to understand how you are ruining your business. Done here

Why give people the option to order online for pick up if I'm still going to have an wait for the employee to continue serve other people that keep coming in while I wait? If an order is paid for why does that come second to walk ins?
Ordered a footlong meal deal and only got my sandwich as the workers were super disrespectful and would not provide the drink and chips ordered, number is out of service to ask about the issue. Over all the worst subway in the city from experience and over 10 horrible reviews read

Placed an online order for me and my wife when we went to pick up order they had got the bread types of our sandwiches backwards and my meat ball sub was cut almost at the top instead of being cut in half leaving me with a 3/4 and 1/4 milk container leaked over cookies before pickup bad experience

Placed my order on the app 20 mins before I picked up and my order was not ready when I arrived. Once I got my order my sandwich was cold when I ordered toasted, i had no cheese, and my bacon was chewy bc it wasn’t cooked all the way. This is the 2nd time my order wasn’t ready. Hire more people or stop offering pick up options
