I'v left you a review for store on 39th expressway and Council and have gotten no response back and seeing no change . Your stores and food quality is terrible has gone down hill like you all not care anymore. So we tired it one more time at 23 n Council. Same thing. Bread is always hard never fresh, you get less meat now. The cover is a back idea customer's can't see what's going on and the new brown paper bags are terrible. Every time you grab the bag on the handle it tears. You can't even hold it. Need go back to the other bags that worked well. It's like everybody is trying to go cheaper these days like you don't care. If it's gonna be this way stop selling sandwiches. Its not worth the price anymore. Please make it better again. Thank you.

Who doesn't love a good sub? Well I do,but I get extreme anxiety when I go to this one. Katlin I believe was her name she was rude,unprofessional and refused to make my sub the way I like. ( which is why I went there in the first place) After her expressing her previous write ups she would not make the sub I so desired from Subway. It's crazy that I literally have anxiety from just trying to get the TWO topping I want and have ate since a kid.

Never order from the drive thru. The menu is falsely advertised as far as price. The workers hardly put any ingredients on my sandwich. I’m sorry, if I’m paying over $7 for a 6 inch, and no chips, I expect you don’t skimp out on ingredients. Teach your employees how to make a sandwich!

Hope she reads this.. whoever the girl with the glasses is need to be trained or replaced and only allowed 12 olives on a footlong sandwich. Let's get real she was rude when I asked for more she grabbed like three at the tip of her fingers and when I mentions maybe grabbing more she informed me that she was already giving me more than they are allowed. So she is a liar she doesn't have any consumer service skills and I won't be going back. They cover the meat up so nobody can see what is in the meat. Just saying that store needs a make over and I mean with staff not with the building get rid of her for sure sorry but this is my second encounter and not great. inform your employees that it's endless toppings not I dont feel like putting anymore so imma argue with the consumer. I gave it a 2 star bc the food was edible but she needa go on some place with all that tho or subway allow the workers to put more meat on the sandwich the endless veggies is what make the sandwich a whole. Girl needs a reality check I took it to corporate hopefully they get back to me. Costumers always right and if I don't feel satisfied with 12 black olives then throw 13 on there something but dint argue with me about the actual advertisement of subway. Good luck to her hopefully you guys step up and take care of the situation but im a lost consumer and seeing these rated comments on here everyone else dislikes her as well. Yall see the messages step up and say something don't let them take yall money on payday and lose yall money at the same time I almost walked out without buying the sandwiches wanted to tell her to throw it away. But not gonna attack a corporation because of ones lack of consumer care she is not good for business. Hire me ill show you what's up on costumer service I get great Google reviews all the time from people who come to my store. Thank you please don't necessarily fire her because everyone needs to eat but don't keep letting her lie to herself and to your costumers.

Zero stars!!!! Mobile order tried to call immediately to report mistake with never any answer! Then one girl made smart comments out loud while the other girl laughed! Trash! Then she shoved it at me and said "nice day!" And still wrong!!!! It's called slow down and listen to people! On top of that they said they never answer the phone cause bad things happen?! What? Customers? Food wrong, and service garbage!!!

This past week I have had my orders slapped together, sliding apart to much of that to less of this then what is logical other than laziness and attitude could explain. It is the in the day shift that I find sauce to be dampening the sandwich bag and coving my hand and only enough meat to go on a six inch for a foot long. I worked at subway so the only reason for this is because of laziness, don't work there if you're not going to treat peoples food with respect because in the end you wouldn't want to pay for food that you wouldn't want served to yourself.

So I went 2 months ago to get a subway it was my first time going there I did my order in the touchscreen machine in the drive thru The man that Assisted me in the window ask me rudely how much I was going to give him for tips I gave him the tips is just the way he asked plus I did everything in the touchscreen machine I don’t see why I did not dine in.

Lady that was working was super rude. I understand that you close at 10 and we came in at 9:20 but we could have been told you can’t toast anything because you already cleaned the toaster. However in my opinion if you are open until 10 than you should be able to toast until 10.
