Best Subway ever!!! Extremely clean, great prices, very fast employees who always beat the estimated time for online ordering. I just need them to cook the cookies less so they’re super soft 😩 I only go to this subway even though it’s further than others from me just because they’re very reliable.

If you want subway go ahead and pick a different one than this one. They are rude and charged me for extra bacon I didn’t get? Everything was okay until we got to the check out and there was another order laying down and I showed my boyfriend how cheap they got the foot long sandwiches for and she immediately said that’s not yours and they used rewards to get them that cheap and that maybe next time I should use the app. first off go ahead and step outside and say that to me. Next, I have the app and all the deals yall run are ssa and don’t offer any sandwiches I like OR I would use it, nor does any worker ever ask if I would like to use my app or scan. I was charged 33 dollars for a foot long, a six inch, and a bag of chips. hows that add up? oh also where’s my extra bacon? to me it only looks like 2 peices?

Wrong dressing was put on sandwich. Manager opened sandwich and saw wrong dressing and then added the correct dressing on top of the wrong dressing.. Who does that??? Went back hoping things had improved but worse. Tomatoes looks like they had been out for months, sliced ham was put on top instead of rotating with old ham. Don’t go here.

I'm shocked that a chicken and bacon ranch wrap and 2 cookies cost $19. I haven't been to subway for a while and I've been a long time fan of Subway but this is just absurdly overpriced. The people who work there are great and nice and I'm sure they don't have any say of the pricing. I don't often get immediately upset this easily over food but this is an exception. Can't recommend eating at any subway anymore.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway on Hefner. I visited on Thursday last week and ordered a sandwich with avocado — but the avocado looked old and even had some mold on it. The two girls working there didn’t seem interested in making the sandwich properly or fixing the issue when I pointed it out. The store also had too many flies, which made it feel very unhygienic. I’ve always liked Subway, but this location really needs to improve its cleanliness and staff attitude.

Ordered from this store online, tried to pay, said payment failed. I thought I put it in wrong , did it again and it went through. A few minutes later they both went through, so I paid 100 bucks for 4 sandwiches...went in because their phone was busy and they told me the system is down and they aren't responsible for online orders. They never received my order they said ...so I am out 100.00 and they won't do anything, waiting for the district manager to return my call

Online order, steak & cheese on Toasted Italian Herbs&cheese bread. The 2 ladies behind counter didn't put any effort into it. Bread was so DARK like damn near burnt ...Called store, manager said you can bring it back ...Lady it's 7 o'clock at night, I dont live close by ..plus I've already tried to bite into sandwich but bread was too tough. What are you going to do, save it, sell it to next customer?!! I said I'll call back in the morning speak to another manager. People they Suck, don't WASTE your time/money!!!

Had the Doritos chicken footlong nachos was ok and the price was pretty fear just $5 bucks
The restaurant itself looks good but as soon as you get to the counter it becomes apparent why the place is devoid of business. The customer service is non-existent and the two girls working were quite possibly the worst fast food employees i have ever seen. The food quality is definitely lower than other subway restaurants and the prices are definitely higher. I would not recommend this location, nor will I return. Womp womp.

The Philly Steak and Cheese was horrible! It had very, VERY little meat or cheese. It had mounds of veggies. I wanted a Philly STEAK AND CHEESE not a vegetarian sub! So disgusted!

Awful staff. Very rude and catty. The two girls are absolutely terrible and need some serious hygiene tips (no gloves when making food, dirty hands and fingernails, wafts of BO and bad breath even from behind the counter) Paid for two sandwiches online, showed confirmation and receipt but they gave me two sandwiches for some random person who hadn’t gotten their order yet. Checked the food, realized it wasn’t mine, and they demanded the open food back to give to the original customer. My order “never showed up”(?) despite my email confirmation, processed payment and receipt. Had to call my bank to dispute the charge.
