4 strikes and you’re out. You don’t get what you paid for. Ever since the new owners took over the food sucks. They skimped out on the portions even when you add extra.

Good luck ordering here. Since they took out the touchscreen menu in the drive thru, it’s impossible to order with the staff due to the language barrier. It took me ten minutes this evening to try and order a kids meal off their menu. I just had to drive away and go to another one. The time before this is was also like pulling teeth to order. I had to repeat my order like 15 times and so did the person in front of me. I am normally a very patient person, but if it is this hard for them to take orders, they should have someone else working that can understand the customers. It is very frustrating and I will not be coming here anymore.

A little shocked when buying a veggie sandwich today. Last month my sandwich cost 6.78 and today they charged me 9.48 for just veggies? That's a huge price increase for a sandwich without meat. Won't be back.

The two that work there are not friendly. Today really upset me more than usual with these two, my online order was sitting there on the counter for over 5 min while I waited at the counter and they both were in the back???Usually they look like they hate their job and give dirty looks eye rolling etc. it’s very unpleasant to go there. I wish they find new people.

Just ordered after a long day and they gave me a Philly steak with nothing but bread and meat. I know is end of the day and your wanting to leave “dude with headphones in” but at least get the damn sandwich right that I payed $14

Recently these sandwiche places have become very "scrimping" on their sandwiches materials, so they are mostly bread.. 9.00 for a 6 " sandwich with 3 pieces of cold cut meat, 3 thin tomato slices and a sprinkle of lettuce...:(

They couldn't add turkey to my sandwich because they "already baked it." ? Make your kiosk more user-friendly if you can't edit an order from the window. Won't go back if that's how they are with customers.
Was charged $12 for a sandwich that was clearly marked $10.59. When asked, they had no answer and just said “sorry…” sandwich was okay, but not worth over $13 after taxes.

I was given food poisoning from these guys in a chicken bacon ranch. Then the manager laughed at me over the phone and said I was a liar, when all I wanted in return was for them to say we will fix that. Looks bad on subway and that manager is a little man.

The steak sandwich supreme is extra large and it's not pounded to make it larger like a lot of the restaurants do. I've tried all their food which is excellent but the steak sandwich supreme I like the very best. They give excellent service and food is made at the time of the order and it's also extra hot. If your extra hungry come here and you won't leave hungry! ( Not stingy at all with the food that you're paying for)!!!
