Okay here we go. Got a BLT toasted . Not listed on menu and was told price was same as like a ham sandwich. Now. The toasted part. I was sick from several days as I believe it was under cooked. Now that I think of it . I never saw them get it. Not sure where the bacon is stored.I Asked about the sandwich and price and they blew me off. Acted as if could not. Understand what I was asking ? This is after they take. Your $. They tell you I was just going by what it is at my old store. I'm new to this store ?

I usually go to this location but lately they've really been skipping out on the ingredients. The last sandwich I got only had a single thin layer of meat and was mostly stuffed with lettuce. Definitely not getting my money's worth.

I placed it to go order online for a few sandwiches. Some of them were missing the ham, all together. There was mayonnaise on one that doesn't get mayonnaise. They said that they couldn't serve any more meatballs again because they were frozen. This is not the first time that's happened to me at this subway. And when I called corporate, I was told that they were very sorry and that I would be receiving a coupon in the mail for something. They did never specify for what. I have still yet to receive any coupons and this was almost a month ago. I gave them a good while before I left this review. SMH. There's a lot of food around here for this to be so messed up. Just go to one of the dozen fast food places right there.

Manager didn't put the customer first, wouldn't change the root beer and worked on a menu poster instead.
Went to pick up a order and the two girl working at 6:30 pm Dec 29,2023 looked high as hell and laughing while customers were walking out and one of them was getting snappy with a young man who waited an HOUR for her to get it TOGETHER AND MAKE THE ORDER RIGHT. they messed up our order and it was to a point where we didn't even wanna go back up there and correct it. They were very slow, confused and messing up orders and did not take anything serious. People were waiting forever for two people to make a sandwich.

The lady mess up my order i told her to put chipotle sauce and put ranch when I didn't ask for it
Placed an order on the app at 9:30 am to be pickup up at 2:30pm and they do not have it ready. I placed the order ahead because I have to get to work and now I have to wait for the people on line to get their orders made before they will even start on mine. I also had to call to let my job know that I would be late since my order wasn't ready. The staff is nice but please fix this. I shouldn't have to wait for something I placed HOURS ago.
