We ordered here the other night thru the app and everything said they were open. Got to the store and they weren’t open. Now they’re refusing to refund for the two full sandwiches. Then call to try and talk to someone and the person there was being extremely rude and unpleasant saying 6 other people have called and complained about the same thing. Obviously this is a very shitty subway and I do not recommend anybody to go there. It’s a recurring problem and it’s out of control. Obviously just trying to get people’s money. And not everyone is made of money.

I made an order online and went to the store for pick up. Mine is the only one on the counter for pick up. I waited in line and then asked if i can have it now as the line is long. Then an older female worker said that i have to wait for all the customers inside the restaurant to make their order and pay. I am like what is the point of order online then? Anyway, I will not come back to this restaurant.

“The owners turned the scanners off so they cannot accept any coupons.” Literally the first time I’ve tried using a coupon at Subway. It’s cool, I’ll go somewhere else. Good luck selling subs. Also said Subway doesn’t sell Buffalo Sauce anymore… eExpress down the street on Sheridan does, and their subs are a dollar cheaper…and they take coupons.

WHEN DOES THIS PLACE CLOSE?? I work at st Anthony and I ran over here (literally ran) to get here before they closed and the doors were locked at 9:09??? I knocked on the window and the guy pointed to his watch and said closed. So do you close at 9 or 9:30 bc it says 9:30 on the door. I just wasted my lunch break ?

They need to clean their ice machine it has black mold in almost every piece of ice I visited on 2/8/23 so if there is still black spots on the ice after today that means they didn't clean it. I made staff aware and they checked the ice themselves and offered us bottled drinks so they are aware.
