Worst place to go on a Saturday. The girl spent 20 minutes making 4 sandwiches because she was too busy talking to people. We get to the counter to order and she tells us and that we have to wait for to make an online order before we can order, and that the online order came in before all the people in the store. She could've made them then if that was the case. Sounds like she's just lazy. Either way we decided to leave because we had no more time to waste. They need new management and to get rid of the girl working there.

Visited about 6 mins ago. The worker had someone on facetime the entire time. No music or welcoming atmosphere and the worst part was watching the worker give me cash back with gloves on then, without changing gloves, continued to make other peoples sandwiches.

Literally gave me 1/2 a scoop of meat on a foot long, 5 pieces of spinach, 6 olives and 2 slices of cheese on a foot long. I asked for more spinach and she put 2 more pieces of spinach. Literally 15$ for nothing.
My sandwich was delicious. Mary was definitely a really professional nice worker that took her time with my food.

We ordered here the other night thru the app and everything said they were open. Got to the store and they weren’t open. Now they’re refusing to refund for the two full sandwiches. Then call to try and talk to someone and the person there was being extremely rude and unpleasant saying 6 other people have called and complained about the same thing. Obviously this is a very shitty subway and I do not recommend anybody to go there. It’s a recurring problem and it’s out of control. Obviously just trying to get people’s money. And not everyone is made of money.
