Took the kiddos out for Brunch here during a day off school. We ordered, All American Burger with Fries, Cinnamon Roll, Buscuits N Gravy, Pork Lovers Omelet, and Bacon Avocado Omelet.Pork Lovers Omelet: I usually can't finish any dish but this one was so good and well portioned. I opted for a side of Avocado. The ratio of eggs, meat, and veggies were perfect. I did add some hot sauce but I'm a fan of a litte spice.Bacon Avocado Omelet: This kiddo never eats a full meal but he loved his and the hashbrowns with ease. No complaints from him.Buscuits n Gravy: This was hood buy we were a bit surprised that the eggs were on top of the Buscuits and Gravy. We expected them to be on the side and she wasn't a fan of them being on top. Still enjoyed the meal though. All American Burger: This kiddo didn't leave a crumb. Absolutely enjoyed his medium cooked burger and finished all the thinner cut fries.Cinnamon Roll: This was surprisingly not as sweet as we thought it was going to be which was a good thing. The yeast Roll could've been more moist, maybe adding more Cinnamon sugar butter before tolling would help with this. Overall great taste and would try it again.Service was wonderful and everyone so friendly.

Coming from a person who grew up in New Jersey, the diner capitol of the US, I’d say it’s hard to find a classic diner that gives classic diner food with great service and quick. Well, when we first went to Sunnyside, we walked in and said we think we may have found one like we are looking for! And yes, after eating there we said, yes, we’ve found the one! We now go back pretty often! Great food and the eggs are amazing! I typically get the Eggs Benny. Let me tell you, the egg yolks are some of the darkest yellow I’ve ever seen, which means they are high quality fresh eggs from happy chickens with great diets! If they go that far to find happy well fed chickens for their eggs, you have to assume they pay attention to the details that no one else does!

This place is bomb! We got the chilaquiles and the blueberry lemon French toast with a side of biscuits and gravy and corned beef hash. Would recommend all of the above and our waiter was awesome as well!

Wish I could rate lower!! Went there this morning with two friends and the food looked great, but tasted TERRIBLE. No one even bothered to finish their plate. The service sucked, and everything was crazy over priced. By a few hours after eating there all three of us were sick. Super disappointed.Dietary restrictions: No good options for my gluten free friend. Staff was not helpful.

We came here for the first time a week ago with some family from out of town and everything was delicious and quick. The server was amazing. Today we came back and it was even better this time. This place puts Jimmy's Egg to shame. This is now our new breakfast spot. The wait staff is always friendly and the food. Man the food is too good. You can't stop eating it.Vegetarian options: They have an entire page for plant based entrees and they also mark which normal dishes could be made with plant based ingredients as well.

Our kids suggested this place as one of their favorite breakfast places. We could see why. The staff was very friendly and attentive.I'm not a big breakfast meal person, and it was close to lunch, so I went for the burger while my family opted for the breakfast items. They have nice options for brunch drinks and an array of ladult beverages to choose from.My burger was fantastic. Flavorful without being overcooked. The bacon was also cooked perfectly. There is nothing worse than getting half cooked bacon on your burger. We really enjoyed our time and food. They also have a free food pantry on the outside of the building. Love it!

I normally like this place, but today my experience wasn’t so great. The waitress Selena J seemed to not like POC. She gave high energy to everyone around us and treated us like we were an afterthought. We had to ask for straws, napkins and only got two napkins. She also didn’t ask if we needed refills on our drinks. She gave us the bill and the tab was $94! It was only two of us. When my bf brought it to her attention she tried to argue with him about it and then he pointed out the extra items. She then saw she had charged us for the table behind us as well. I was just not impressed today, as I have been to this locations a few times before with good service and food. I normally go to the one off 6th and western where it’s always good service all the way around. Today the food was just ok. They have a new item (steak & eggs) the steak bland and no steak sauces. 0/10 would not recommend!

Service was great. Food was alright. Interesting thing though, their "sourdough" bread is very similar to white bread. When we asked about it, the server was kind enough to check and confirm it. However, still not convinced we got sourdough which is what we ordered. You can see the picture and decide for yourself if you believe it to be sourdough. Also, they charge a fee for using a card, which is not advertised. That to me is a shady practice as it needs to be advertised prominently, not as a footnote in the receipt. For all those reasons, a lower than stellar rating. I would highly recommend for them to be transparent regarding this practice and maybe consider changing their sourdough bread supplier, as the alleged sourdough bread is not of sufficient quality.Edited to add: Just checked another review and 3 years ago, another person also commented that their sourdough was white bread. So, clearly it's been an issue for years lol.
