ON 7/2/25 I PURCHASED 1/2 SLAB RIBS, WHICH WAS DRY AND BURNED AND LOOK LIKE IT WAS BITE OFF. I TOOK THE RIB BACK AND IT WAS REPLACED . I WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST GOT A REFUND FOR THE RIBS, STILL VERY DRY. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THE ONE AT QUAIL AND WILL HAVE TO DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO MIDWEST CITY FOR RIBS

Food is hit or miss in this location when you order delivery. The soda drinks tasted salty which I have never tasted that before. They don't seal your food so the driver can tamper with it. And the order was incorrect for one of the orders and the others where missing items. Reached out to the manager about missing items and he said he would have me come back later to pick it up. Overall when they do your food right its good but I would stay away from delivery from this location since its not guaranteed you will get good quality.

Went to Swadleyâs to grab something to eat while I was out Christmas shopping after waiting in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes I get to the ordering speaker. I was getting ready to order me something to eat and the man tells me I canât order anything, they are only taking people that ordered in advance. Now why didnât they have a sign or someone out there letting people know they were only taking pick up orders. Itâs ridiculous and unprofessional. I spend a lot of money at this Swadleyâs.

I rarely if ever give 5 stars across the board but Swadley's deserves it. The food is great but what really sets them apart is the incredible service. I swear these people make even the folks at Chick-fil-A seem rude by comparison they are just so over-the-top friendly and attentive. I took my dad to lunch there yesterday and I was reminded of just how much I love the place and had to take a minute to leave a review.
I went in to eat for lunch. The food came out and I was surprised to see my steak rare because I had ordered it well done. Cookie, our server, was very nice and able to help me out, but the Manager Juan was extremely rude and hostile towards me and my family. Because of my experience I will never eat here again and will advise others to do the same.

Hear me out Iâm a Swadleyâs girl through and through. Today we went to breakfast for my Momâs birthday. Never have I ever had a bad experience until today. Our okra was burnt and very salty. I typically just eat it but itâs Moms favorite so I requested it be remade. The manager came to the table saying they always fry it crispy which yes thatâs why we love it but it was burnt. He said Iâm just trying to make you happy.Are you really because if you were you would have remade the burnt okra. I will go back to Swadleys but not this location because of the manager. Shame on you Swadleys manager. We left hungry because we didnât eat the okra. He did offer another side but we wanted okra that wasnât burnt.Manager is rude!!!!
