I rarely if ever give 5 stars across the board but Swadley's deserves it. The food is great but what really sets them apart is the incredible service. I swear these people make even the folks at Chick-fil-A seem rude by comparison they are just so over-the-top friendly and attentive. I took my dad to lunch there yesterday and I was reminded of just how much I love the place and had to take a minute to leave a review.

The BBQ this time was delicious and meaty. I love their sweet BBQ sauce. I've been going there for years and there has definitely been a hit or miss and this time it was a hit. I gave service a 3 because I had to remind them that I didn't get bbq sauce and the lady at drive thru insisted I did I told her it was only baked beans in my bag. Then she rudely said ok and handed me 2 small plastic containers not the regular sauce I get in a white cup for a half slab of ribs....

We eat the about once every 2 months. Have always enjoyed. But recently the quality of the food has gone down hill. Had the sampler dinner and turkey and all the meats were dry and tuff. The portions have decreased and prices increased and they've done away with senior discounts. It'll be awhile before we go back. Need to find another BBQ place.
