walked in and told the wait would be 45 minutes for 2 people... there were 4 tables for 2 that needed to be bussed. The correct answer was "give me 5 minutes to clear one of these for you"..

Both times, the service was excellent. Both times, the food and restaurant excellent. Very fortunate myself to see it wasn't a fluke :)
